Very good hotel and great experience. Check in was smooth with Edith providing great service. Bed, amenities, overall service was very good. Only fault I found was the Air Conditioning was broken and although the rooms were changed right away, I think this should have been caught during the previous guest’s stay. Again everything was excellent just one inconvenience.

Hotel located so conveniently near to the arrival gate with clear sign and direction. Do not have to worry about the luggage and it is a perfect stay for a short transit and at the same time spending some hour in hong kong (via airport express). The hotel also provide shuttle bus to a near MTR on hourly basis Special thank you to Mr Anson who is so accommodating and polite to assist us. We look forward

It was wonderful experience staying in Four Point by Sheraton. The location was great and convenient if your flight was in the morning or late at night. Great breakfast, clean room , 7-11 was just the opposite of hotel's entrance. Shutter bus service is the pros.

For me, this hotel ticks all the boxes for a 5-star. Conveniently located right next to the airport, it even offers a free shuttle bus to the terminal, perfect if you don’t want the hassle of lugging your baggage through the train. The room is clean and comfortable, with a soft bed and a perfectly working shower with great water pressure and temperature. No surprises there, as the hotel is still fairly new, having opened just about two years ago. A thoughtful touch is the water dispensers, 2 units per floor, strategically placed around the corridor for easy access. Plus, getting to Central is a breeze, taking less than 25 minutes via the Airport Express. Highly recommended if you’re on a layover, or spending your last night in HK. If you have an early flight the next day, staying here is a much better option than taking a taxi from the city in the early morning.

It was a very comfortable and great stay at Marriott in HongKong! Room: spacious and clean! Bed size is quite big enough to have a comfortable sleep Amenities: I felt less amenities than other Marriot hotel I stayed in other countries. They provide few items but much less and even they didn’t have body cream or bath salt which was little bit disappointed but we had the necessities. Breakfast: very good quality and variety of food. Fully enjoyed it! Dinner: Food in Marriot is always fantastic and this time too we enjoyed the very good quality and scrumptious food they prepared! Highly recommended to try in room service. Service: The door & bell boys were very welcoming and polite to greet us when we entered the hotel and they even greeted us with our language which was very friendly and lovely. We will definitely come back!

Novotel is always good 👍🏼 even though it's not new and the design is old-fashioned. The location is great. The room is spacious. The breakfast is as it should be in a hotel. There's only one drawback - why is it so dark in the corridor?

It’s my second or third time staying at Sheraton Tung Chung. Shuttle bus to Tung Chung station within 10 mins. Nice view to the ocean. Room is not a very big room but good enough for a short stay. No bathtub but the bathroom is quite spacious, and you can look at the sea view when showering. Everything’s pretty good :)

Good location, very close to Mongkok station. The room is not big. Booked for 3 people, got 3 single beds. The entrance is a bit narrow for carrying luggage. Have to walk up the stairs and take the lift to the 4th floor to check in. The accommodation is on the 5th floor. The room is reasonably clean. The bathroom is not big according to the size of the room, but there is a separate toilet and shower area. Looks new. No breakfast, but near the market. Can walk to eat congee comfortably. The staff may mostly speak Chinese, but the service is good. There is only one officer. Went at the end of December.

A very small room is suitable for spending the night, it is clean and good, but it was very difficult to find the entrance

I was able to renew my room entirely because the aunt at the front desk kept saying ”Pretty boy” and got lost.
