Excellent stay at Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan! Great location, very comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. Especially, Room service staff Nina, Highly recommended! Amazing harbor view from the room! A wonderful experience for our family vacation.

The moment I stepped into the room, I was immediately hit by a strange, strong, and somewhat greasy masculine odor. I suspected it was residual scent from the previous guest. Even with the air conditioning running, the smell persisted when I returned at night, and the bathroom also reeked of it – it was truly unbearable. The throw pillows on the bed also had a very strong, unpleasant smell. Apart from these issues, the other aspects of my stay were quite positive. The balcony room was a pleasant surprise; waking up and pulling back the curtains in the morning was incredibly therapeutic. The disinfected drinking glasses in the room provided great peace of mind, especially for a family trip, and the mineral water in the hallway was fresh and safe to drink. However, waking up the next day to find a yellow stain on the bedsheet completely ruined my mood. The hygiene issues significantly affected my overall experience and completely turned me off.

Excellent hotel in a great location just next to the metro entrance. Upon check-in we were thrilled to hear we’d been granted a free upgrade to a suite. The suite was one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve had, with a full living room, awesome skyline views from both rooms, and two bathrooms including a large tub in the room. Highly recommend.

For a hotel in Hong Kong, the room felt surprisingly spacious and comfortable. Its location was also quite convenient, especially since my activities were mainly around Kai Tak. For dining, if you're not too particular, there are convenient options nearby, and there's a convenience store right downstairs.

Good location in Mongkok even though a 5-7 mins walk to the nearest subway station. The place is clean and refined and rooms are clean and well maintained too. Definitely worth the price with such convenience near to many famous eateries.
