Facilities: The facilities are brand new, and we really appreciated the eco-friendly water dispenser. However, we couldn't get the air conditioning in our room to a cooler setting, which made for two uncomfortably warm nights. Environment: The large swimming pool was absolutely delightful, and the kids' play area was a huge hit – our children didn't want to leave! It's definitely a fantastic spot for families. The direct elevator access to Ocean Park was incredibly convenient, making it easy to return to the hotel for a rest after a fun and tiring day. Restaurant: We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant twice, and the food quality was excellent on both occasions. Highly recommended!

This is a perfect hotel for attending concerts. There's a direct, covered walkway from the Airport Express station right to the hotel. The cleanliness was excellent. I'd recommend having breakfast at the hotel, as the Starbucks in the exhibition hall doesn't open in the mornings. The door staff, especially the bellboys, were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage and even communicating with taxi drivers – truly commendable! All the service staff I encountered were friendly and professional.
