KKo리안Our room had a fantastic ocean view (all rooms do). The hotel was smaller than I expected, but the room was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed: a hairdryer, toiletries, a coffee pot, a fridge, and even a microwave. It was lovely to grab a coffee from the Starbucks next door in the morning. I'll definitely be back!
Oh, and just a heads-up: it's right by the airport, so you can hear planes, and the sound of the waves is also quite prominent. Something to consider if you're sensitive to noise.

MM467559****Simple, clean, and tidy, especially the bedding – it was spotless. Overall, great value for money.
**Location:**
1. Convenient for both Shilla and Lotte Duty-Free shops, just a few minutes' walk away. Also very close to Health Road for shopping.
2. There are two convenience stores just downstairs, and a street with plenty of restaurants a block away, including BBQ, ginseng chicken soup, and Grandma's shop towards Shilla Duty-Free.
3. Public transport is also convenient. For example, to get to the airport, it's a three to five-minute walk to the bus stop, a 5-10 minute wait for the bus, and then a 20-minute ride to the airport.
4. The main thing is that the neighborhood is quiet, and the soundproofing is excellent. I slept soundly for all four nights, straight until morning.
5. If you book a day tour, driver pick-up and drop-off are easy. There's only one entrance, so you don't have to specify a meeting point like at some other hotels.
**Service:**
1. There's a Chinese-speaking front desk, and the staff were very nice. Communication via WeChat was seamless.
2. The room is equipped with a universal power strip, which is very thoughtful. They provide shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, comb, hairdryer, slippers, towels, hangers, toner, and lotion – enough to get by if you forget anything.
3. There's a fridge and air conditioning. Trash and the bathroom are cleaned daily, but personal items on the table and bed are not touched, which is a nice touch.

AAnonymous UserCost-effective, close to the beach. There are many beauty and hair products in the room. Very close to the station. Not far from the airport. The sea is really blue. I like the environment of Jeju Island, no matter where I go, there is a 24-hour convenience store.

GGuest UserI could leave my bags to be collected by courier to be moved to my next accommodation which was convenient, and things like water, towels, soaps, hairbrush, men's lotion, and toothpaste are all provided. There is a 7-eleven practically next door too. Moreover, the location being so close to the bus stop is the best thing about this place and the reason why I keep coming back! It's super convenient if you want to stay out late in Jeju City, or if you have an early/late flight as it's close to the airport too! Maybe because my stay was a few days longer in the summer, I was given a double room upon arrival; this time, I was given a solo room (which is fine and it's what I booked), but it looked a bit more worn out overall.

MMDV960It took me a while to write this review because I was so tired from my trip, and I usually don't bother leaving reviews. But I'm baffled as to why this hotel has such low ratings; I honestly found it to be excellent and felt compelled to leave a thorough review. The room was spacious, quiet, and very clean. The front desk staff, a Korean gentleman, was far from discriminatory. I just handed him my passport without saying a word, and he checked me in efficiently. I even told him in English that I wanted daily room cleaning, and he was very accommodating. The room was impeccably cleaned every single day. The hallway felt a bit stuffy but was clean. There were some stubborn stains on the hallway carpet, but it certainly didn't smell 'bad' as some other reviews claimed. For its location and price, I think this is one of the largest hotels you'll find. The room had a mini-fridge with complimentary ice water, and toothbrushes, bath towels, and hand towels were replaced daily. There was also a kettle. Initially, there was only one pair of disposable slippers, but I guess the cleaning staff noticed there were two of us and added another pair. Of course, you have to stand in the bathtub to shower, so be careful not to slip. Overall, our stay was superb. For this price, in such a convenient location for dining and shopping, it was fantastic. If you have extremely high demands for accommodation, then perhaps the Grand Hyatt Jeju is for you. But this hotel is comparable to, or even cleaner than, many standard hotels in China. It's truly excellent, and I'd definitely stay here again if I visit Jeju in the future. Oh, and they offer free luggage storage! Completely satisfied!

PPaulyn HabijanI stayed here for 2 nights as I'm climbing Hallasan the next day. It's a self checkin and the keys were prepared as I arrived. It feels homey, it's clean, tho a bit old of a building. It's very much like a motel we see in kdramas lol. The location i convenient, there's a lot of convenience store nearby, and a Starbucks and Mcdonalds a few blocks away. The owner is an older man and is very kind. I slept comfortably, thank you so much. My only thing here is that there is no elevator so I had to carry my heavy luggage up and down the stairs. It was tough especially my knees hurt so bad from the climb the day before checkout, but overall good stay.

GGuest UserFirst time staying in a hotel in Korea, and for less than 200 a night, this place offers great value for money. As soon as I walked into the room, it smelled lovely and was very clean. GGuest UserStopped for three nights, 5 floor. The room is quite large, comfortable bed, quiet. Good Internet in the room. The room is obese. The roster looks just one on the whole room opposite the bed. Drink water, delicious coffee from the car. From the airport on a bus without transplant 11 min and 5 min walking. To the landing site on the tour bus of Yena 7 min walking. The dirty buckets for garbage are tightened, usually their packets are stuck, here it is apparent that the ecology is taken care of without using extra plastic. After devastating the bucket is not washed. 2000 per day , I believe, this number is not worth.

The house is very clean and tidy, toothbrush, toothpaste and toiletries will be given to you, there is also a basic water lotion hairspray in the house, etc.
Played in Jeju Island for more than a week, stayed in three hotels, this is the most satisfying! The big sister at the front desk is not very Chinese, but tell her your order number to take the key, the person is also very kind
