GGuest UserThe hotel environment is great, simple and clean. The front desk lady was super nice; because my Gaode Map couldn't hail a taxi, she enthusiastically and patiently helped me order one using her phone, as taxis here accept cash payments. On a clear day, the view is fantastic – definitely a sea-view room. It's also very quiet when the doors and windows are closed. However, there aren't many food options nearby, so you have to take a taxi to the city center to eat.

GGuest UserMy friend and I stayed here for two nights during our three-day trip to Jeju, after seeing recommendations online that it was run by Chinese owners. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to get around, and it's less than a ten-minute walk to Shilla Duty Free. The hotel is incredibly clean; even the water stains in the bathroom were perfectly removed, and all the nooks and crannies were thoroughly cleaned. You'd never guess it's an older hotel. They provide power strips, so you don't need to bring your own adapter. Toothpaste, toothbrushes, combs, and even skincare products are all supplied. The price is also very reasonable, and the owner is lovely and kind. Luggage storage is very convenient. I would definitely come back again! 🫶

GGuest UserThe room layout is quite well-designed, with independent bunk beds, each having its own curtain, ensuring privacy. While the space is a bit compact, it's perfectly fine for a small suitcase and a travel bag. The whole experience is largely self-service; check-in and check-out don't require any staff interaction. For breakfast, ingredients are provided, and you cook and wash up yourself. There's a water dispenser and a fridge in the common area. It's close to City Hall and Dongmun Market, though a bit further from the duty-free shop. There are several bus stops right outside, which is very convenient.

AAnonymous UserWe booked a quad room, and it offered fantastic value for money! The room was impeccably clean and very spacious. The shower and other facilities were excellent. The staff at the front desk, especially the gentleman, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Housekeeping also did a superb job, keeping everything spotless. There are microwaves available on the second and fourth floors, and purified water dispensers on every floor for guests to use – truly a gem of a hotel! I'll definitely choose New Jeju Hotel again on my next trip to Jeju Island and highly recommend it to my friends. Its location is super convenient; it's very close to various shopping centers like E-Mart and Daiso, as well as Baojian-ro, and a wide array of restaurants including fried chicken, Jajangmyeon, hairtail fish, Korean beef, and black pork. Plus, there are three or four convenience stores nearby. You'll truly feel at home here, and it's absolutely superb value for money! ^_^

The hotel is definitely worth the price. I arrived around 2 PM feeling very tired from traveling and didn’t realize that the official check-in time was 4 PM. Thankfully, Ms. Gao Shuang was very kind and accommodating. Since the room was already available, she allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a good place to rest after a long trip. The room also had useful amenities like a refrigerator, heater, and small towels, which were very convenient.
My only minor concern is that there was no cup in the room for making tea or coffee. It would be great if the hotel could add that simple amenity.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would still recommend Oakra Hotel for travelers looking for good value and comfortable accommodation.

GGuest UserOffers parking within the building and allows one to operate it at whatever time you wish to, thus very convenient if you come back late or leave very early.
By the time we arrived, thankfully there was a staff that we could ask for guidance on how to operate it.
It would be better if instructions and guidance to be provided prior to arrival and in English of course.
Room is very spacious and empty but decent enough for a two-night stay. Washing machine is provided but does not have the drying function, bring your own detergent.

GGuest UserThis isn't a bad hotel for the price, mainly due to its pretty convenient location. It's close to the airport and the bus station, which offers routes all over the island, plus there's a market within walking distance. They changed towels daily and provided a 0.5L bottle of drinking water every day. However, the amenities leave a lot to be desired. The electrical outlet above the bed was loose, and the TV had a green line across it. Overall, if you need a place to stay for a few nights near the airport, it's suitable.

AApril Legaspioverall, the Shin Shin Jeju airport hotel was good. For the price that you pay it was a nice budget hotel with a decent amenities. Some people complained about their room being dirty, but ours was pretty clean. We didn’t see anything that was too noticeable. The front staff does not speak English when we checked in or checked out. It was very close to lots of different restaurants and convenience stores, which made it a really good location. Overall, we would stay there again. Something that we noticed that was a little bit strange was that there’s no alarm clock in the room, but maybe most people these days use their phone as their alarm clock so that’s why it wasn’t in the room.

GGuest UserI stayed three nights on the 5th floor. The room was quite large, the bed comfortable, and it was quiet. The internet connection was good. The room was a bit tired. There seemed to be only one outlet for the entire room, on the opposite side from the bed. Plenty of drinking water, and delicious coffee from the coffee machine. It's an 11-minute direct bus ride from the airport, plus a 5-minute walk. The Yena tour bus boarding point is a 7-minute walk. The dirty trash cans were annoying; they're usually covered with bags; apparently they care about the environment by not using unnecessary plastic. They don't clean the cans after they're emptied. At 2,000 rubles per night, I don't think this room is worth it.

The back parking lot offers an ocean view, and the room offers a great view of the ocean as well.
The proximity to the ocean makes for a great walk, and there's a 24-hour convenience store just a three-minute walk away.
