Jeju City Hotels with Parking

The room was clean and tidy, and the owners were incredibly nice. The scenery outside the guesthouse was absolutely stunning; a walk in the morning or evening is all you need, no need to go to a distant beach. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which is super convenient. It's close to the airport, but a bit far from other attractions, which is a minor drawback. Some people mentioned issues with not being able to check-in after 10 PM, and I experienced this too. However, I emailed the owners in advance, and they replied quickly. After asking for my flight number, they helped me book a taxi (though a bit pricey, it was very convenient) and waited for us until 10:30 PM. So, everyone should check their operating hours and communicate in advance when booking to avoid any problems.

There was a slight hiccup during check-in; they said the number of guests on my order was incorrect and wanted to charge an extra fee, even though I had selected the correct number when booking. Fortunately, Trip.com's customer service was excellent, responding promptly and providing a solution that didn't affect our check-in. They also followed up to ensure the issue was fully resolved later. The hotel proactively upgraded our floor, and the extra bed I requested in the booking notes was provided. Overall, the hotel is great. The location is good, the room is large, clean, and odorless, and the water pressure is just right, befitting a star-rated hotel. The free extra bed for adults is perfect for families of three, just remember to request it in advance. However, the air conditioning wasn't very powerful, so it might be a bit warm if you're staying in the summer. The service was also excellent; our luggage was delivered directly to the room, and when the extra bed was set up, a full set of towels and slippers was provided. Room service was polite and quick, and we didn't encounter any bad attitudes. The front desk staff spoke very good Chinese, and almost all buttons had Chinese instructions, making it very friendly for Chinese guests. We paid the deposit in cash, but for some reason, the hotel seemed to strongly prefer credit cards. Perhaps it's because toothpaste and toothbrushes are chargeable, and a credit card deposit makes it easier to check the room? Overall, highly recommended!

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The decor was also nice. We were assigned a room on the 10th and top floor. You can order takeout to eat in the room, but you'll need to contact the front desk to help dispose of the food waste, which they were friendly enough to assist with. I tried calling the front desk once, but they only spoke Korean. However, going downstairs and using a translation app face-to-face solved the problem.

Although the room was a bit small, it was very clean and tidied daily. Even though the hotel has been open for a while, it doesn't feel old or run-down at all. The front desk staff were also very nice (even though we were given a room in the very corner). The full-length windows were spotless, allowing us to watch the sunset with my family every evening when we returned. The bathroom had a smart toilet, and the shower had excellent water pressure – very comfortable! Overall, I highly recommend it, except for the slightly higher prices during the July summer holiday season.

Before arriving at the guesthouse, the host texted to ask about my arrival time to make sure that someone will be at the reception to receive me :) instructions were very clear and the host was very polite. Free breakfast for the guests as well! There is an outdoor area where there is movie screening at night. Pantry and rest area are also very comfortable :) Toilet and dressing room are also kept clean! Maybe my only qualm is that the bunk bed was close to the ceiling so please be careful - tho they had foams to protect your head ! Overall a really good stay there and host recommended a really nice local food place to eat at so im very happy about it ! There are bus stops nearby to get to Dongmun Market or the Airport too.

Two adults and two children for a 6-night stay during our summer international trip for our 2-year-old's birthday. The location is fantastic, the room size is great, and the service is excellent – absolutely nothing to complain about. Right outside the hotel, you have duty-free shops, Haidilao, and the pedestrian street. All sorts of trendy spots are nearby, even a hospital. Hotel staff always greeted us with smiles when we came and went, and even played with our kids. When a taxi driver had trouble with the location, the lobby staff helped communicate in Korean. You can pay extra to use the pool on the 2nd floor; there were more lifeguards than guests, and designated resting areas. Both pools on the 2nd floor are heated, making them friendly for all age groups. We will definitely be back to this hotel!!!

Staying here was incredibly convenient. The hotel is only about an eight-minute taxi ride from the airport, and it's very clean. As a couple, we found it extremely handy. It's surrounded by eateries and very close to the city center. We could easily find many of the popular spots recommended on Xiaohongshu nearby. However, I'd still recommend using Google Maps for food searches, as about half of Xiaohongshu's recommendations are ads, and you might end up with a bad meal. I forgot to take photos of the hotel, so I'll just share some pictures of the nearby attractions and the food I ate.

The location isn't far from the Grand Hyatt, and it's super convenient to walk to the E-Mart supermarket next door, about six or seven minutes on foot. Shilla Duty-Free is only a five-minute walk away, and Baojian Road is just a bit further past Shilla Duty-Free, making it really easy for shopping. The Issac sandwich shop diagonally across from the hotel downstairs is super delicious – definitely don't miss it if you pass by! This time, I stayed in room 1616 which even had a balcony with a distant view of the airport and the sea. If the weather's good, sitting out on the terrace is really comfortable. There's a bus stop right downstairs, and bus 316 goes directly to Dongmun Market. It's also easy to catch a taxi on the main road right outside.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel and found it to be a reliable choice overall. The front desk staff were polite and professional, making the check-in and check-out process quick and hassle-free. The room was spacious enough and kept tidy, with a comfortable bed and a nice view. Housekeeping did a good job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. I also appreciated the availability of basic amenities, which added to the convenience. The hotel’s location was a definite plus, with easy access to nearby shops and dining options. While the facilities were fairly standard, everything was functional and well-kept. There’s still a bit of room for improvement in certain areas, but nothing that significantly impacted my stay. All in all, it was a decent experience, and I would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a simple and comfortable place to stay.

Everything was clean, from the front desk to the room. The back parking lot offers an ocean view, and the room offers a great view of the ocean as well. The proximity to the ocean makes for a great walk, and there's a 24-hour convenience store just a three-minute walk away.
