"Was a bad experience, room's bed sheets from previous customer was not even changed. I checked in late and by the time I realized was late night. This was coupled with a bad Aircon setup. Aircon was auto set to turn off once room reached 25 degree C, this meant no air circulation in enclosed room . It was stuffy through the night and the aircon made a loud noise each time. Feed back to staff next day morning and found on second night, nothing changed. After two calls and going to front desk, then they finally change the setting so that the Aircon is not on thrift mode.
Not that they only change bedsheets on request and you need to tell them before 2 pm.
Maybe that is why I am sleeping with bedsheets that still smell of body odour from previous guests.
Btw, read other reviews that the laundry room lights off at 10 pm which is using the time people do laundry is indeed a pain, have to use your mobile phone as torch light.
Not a hotel that is welcoming to guests but one maximize their own profits at guests expense"

"I recently stayed at this hotel and found the service to be normal; there were no major issues, but nothing stood out either. The location isn’t very convenient for travelers, so I would recommend driving to get around more easily.

"Customer Service was nice and room was clean and spacious. Only problem was there was no access to an air conditioner and windows are not allowed to open, wish there was an option for a fan for proper ventilation and it was kind of hot inside the room during our stay. Overall nice and located conveniently near the convenience stores and the shopping area and restaurants. Will surely recommend it."

"Stayed 3 nights with my parents and family on a family trip to Shinkan. It's a bit out of the way, but the scenery is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. It's an old building, but they seem to have put a lot of effort into cleanliness. There are coffee beans, a water purifier, and a microwave in the lobby, so it was convenient to use."

"The location is great for a quiet holiday where you can enjoy morning walks and an uninterrupted sea view. The lady who we met behind the counter on arrival wasn’t very helpful, and we had to ask if we could keep our bags until check in, we also had to ask if the hotel had any umbrellas so we could walk around in the rain as check in was 2 hours away and we had just arrived from the airport after a long flight. The man we met at checkout was so friendly, and cheerful at 5am in the morning. He helped us get a taxi to the airport. The room we stayed in was clean, and it was great to have the use of the pool however the pool and the windows definitely had not been cleaned so it completely blocks the seaview you are paying for. Overall it was a bit of an average stay but not disappointing!"

GGuest UserThe hostess built a house that many people dream of in Jeju Island. It is even more beautiful in reality than in photos. It is the most suitable place for 4 to 6 friends and family to drive there by themselves. All the details of the hard and soft furnishings are great. You can see that they are carefully made.
Although the host may be away, some service details may have some problems. But for those who pursue their dreams, full encouragement is necessary. I will recommend it to my friends next time they go to Jeju.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious, with a washing machine, pots, pans, spatulas, chopsticks, disposable gloves, tin foil and other daily necessities. The room is clean and hygienic, and there is nothing wrong with it. The single-family house is also very quiet, just like being at home, and hot water is also available 24 hours a day.
Because we arrived late, we added the hotel staff's WeChat. After arriving at the hotel, the staff will come out to guide us, which is still very convenient. I usually want to order takeout, but because I can't read Korean, I will tell the hotel staff on WeChat and they will send the menu to help me order, which is very good☺
In short, everything is good, whether it is the hotel room or the staff (the staff on WeChat are Chinese, so there is no need to worry about communication problems🥰).
The only drawback is that the hotel may not be so close to the bus station. It takes about 15 minutes to walk, which is a bit of a waste of traffic. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Hamdeok Beach. (Jeju Island mainly relies on cars and buses to travel) If you are willing to walk a little, this will be a very good accommodation option. If you are here for vacation, it should also be quite suitable

I went there with my Chinese friends, so I'm not sure if they had any service attitude towards Chinese or not. However, the room condition is nice as well as the location. You need to take off your shoes before going to the room; it's understandable anyway. But yeah.. just about the service. Hope it can be improved.

GGuest UserSo, it’s almost perfect for this cost. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is just right, silent with good views. But there were some disappointing things, such as no breakfast at hotel, pictures in trip.com was showing something like dining room, but this place was using by some sushi restaurant. Also be prepared to see no one at check in desk , when you arrive at the place.

SSin NyongRoom facing ocean was good. But we were given room on 2nd floor. Rooftop pool & sunset view was excellent. Overall it was a pleasant stay for one night. Will come back for the resort next time.

YYUANYUANI really don't write reviews, I don't think the service industry is easy. But Jeju, I really want to write about it. I don't know if the Chinese are not popular or what reason. The whole service staff has no smile. I don't know if Jeju's overall economy is poor or the tourism income is reduced. It is still a geographical problem. I feel that there is no enthusiasm for the work. The scenery of the house is really good, just by the sea. It is also true to buy a scene. It is recommended that the bed in the room be a little larger. The price of a 1.5×1.8 bed room is nearly 1000.

GGuest UserRainbow Avenue is right outside the window. The boss is a Korean guy who is very enthusiastic and polite and will help with luggage. Because it is open for a long time, the facilities will look old, but it is very close to the airport and it is a one-night stay to catch a flight!

BBoyscout76If you are a person who likes to spend more outback locations (a California-style outback) this is best for you. A Convenient Store (CU) inside the lobby, a coin-based laundry, and a good outdoor BBQ/ bonfire are a bonus.
Also, so several upscale resto around, but is good feeling because the location is flat and accessible to public bus.
And breakfast (cheap as included in booking) is reasonable.
Also, staying here is like to see old ahjumas doing their job diligently. Kudos to these aunties working hard in the kitchen (restaurant) and room service. Also, its winter time but they keep the pool clean (though not heated). The poolside is quire good for good sunbathe.
