Our stay at Namia Wellness Hoi An was exceptional. It’s the perfect blend of rustic countryside charm and understated luxury. The environment is serene, beautifully landscaped, and incredibly relaxing. Exceptional Service: The staff truly made our trip memorable. They are polite, professional, and very attentive. • Thao (Host): Flawlessly organized all our activities and made us feel so welcome. • Thuy: A huge thank you for helping us take stunning photos during the sunset cruise! • Pham: Provided fantastic local restaurant recommendations and took great care of us. Wellness & Dining: The daily 90-minute spa sessions were a highlight. The facilities are top-tier; we loved the Hammam experience followed by a professional massage. The resort’s restaurant also served outstanding food, featuring delicious local specialties. Room for Improvement: The only minor downside is the privacy between villas. The trees in the middle aren't quite tall enough yet to fully block the view of the neighboring villa. Summary: Highly recommended, especially for couples looking for a romantic and rejuvenating getaway. We can't wait to return!

Service - Great service. Whatsapp group was created where any help can be easily communicated with hotel staff. Room - nice ocean and water park view, decent sized tub. A little odd layout whereby the wardrobe is near entrance, so one coming out of bath need to walk past tv and to the entrance. Free daily beer and pepsi is a nice touch. Food - the room service food is quite nice which we enjoyed. The breakfast buffet is so-so, especially the spare restaurant if the blue restaurant (where the breakfast is) is full. Activities - indoor/outdoor water park is nice, water fountain and sometimes fire show/fireworks are cool, buggy access to beach.

High scores in cleanliness. The room is not humid or moldy at all, and the air conditioner is full in each room, so the whole family is comfortable. The breakfast delivered to the villa was also very good. I am willing to book again next time
