"We checked in quite late last night, and our housekeeper, Xiaoji, contacted us ahead of time with all the necessary information and waited for us. We were so touched! The floor heating in the room was already on, making it very warm and comfortable. We woke up to a shroud of mist, and even saw hares and marmots. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, very rich, delicious, and the coffee was excellent. As we sat by the fireplace, sipping coffee and enjoying breakfast, the hotel manager was always attentive and helpful, even introducing us to nearby attractions. I hear the weather is most beautiful in July and August, so I'd definitely stay a couple more days next time."

"We arrived on May 2nd. It was a bit chilly at night, but the air conditioning cooled us down after half an hour. The hot water was great, and the scenery outside was expansive. The owner and staff provided excellent service, helping us with our luggage. A delicious breakfast was served the next day. We brought our own portable gas stove to cook hot pot in the restaurant, which was absolutely amazing during Blue Hour. Our adorable son, Liu Yi, was patiently waiting under the table for us to feed him luncheon meat 🥩. We even saw the Big Dipper at night. Overall, it was a great experience. My only suggestion is that the owner upgrade the twin room beds to wider ones, haha. It was fine for the four of us girls, but it might not be wide enough for larger men. We would definitely go again in the summer."

"This hotel exceeded all our expectations! It made up for all the disappointments of our previous trip. Sunrise, sunset, and the stars! Located within the Gangjia Secret Zone, you don't need to buy a scenic entrance ticket. The views are expansive: across from Baishi Cliff, the Bajiao Ancient City is visible in the distance, and beyond, there's a vast meadow. Waking up early to see the distant mountains and the morning mist is like stepping into a painting! Even more amazing, the hotel's meals were incredibly delicious, leaving us wanting more! The service was also excellent, with pre-arranged group chats, welcome khatas, and farewell bottles of mineral water—everything you need is truly heartfelt. If you've already visited Xiahe or Labrang Monastery, choosing this hotel will definitely make your trip to Gannan worthwhile!"
