"I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. The location is one of the best if you plan to visit Tianmen Mountain, as the entrance is only about a 3-minute walk away. At the same time, the city center can be reached in around 15 minutes walking, making it very convenient for sightseeing and dining. The room was perfect: clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. Everything was well maintained, and it was a great place to relax after a day of exploring. What really made the difference was the staff. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. They provided useful information and assistance for organizing our excursion to Tianmen Mountain, which made the experience much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, an excellent hotel with a fantastic location, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Our best impression from our two-night stay at the inn was definitely Sister Song! She's incredibly kind and her service quality is top-notch. As soon as we arrived, she helped us plan our route, checked the weather, and even booked tickets for us. She also recommended a fantastic dumpling place for my vegetarian friend – truly excellent! 👍🏼👍🏼💯 She was especially considerate towards international guests; my friend doesn't speak Chinese, but Sister Song patiently explained everything to her. The room had a beautiful, serene green view and was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast area also offered a lovely view, and the breeze was wonderfully cool. It was a simple, yet delicious Chinese breakfast. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Sister Song, for your warm hospitality. "The room matched the pictures perfectly – clean and tidy. The owner was incredibly welcoming, providing helpful tips for exploring. The location is super convenient for getting to Tianmen Mountain, and it offers great value for money. The guesthouse itself is very clean, quiet, and has plenty of hot water. The host even helped us with attraction recommendations. I'd definitely choose this place again when I come back to Zhangjiajie! The owner's service was truly exceptional! They sent us the location and check-in instructions via WeChat in advance. When we arrived, they even drew us a personalized itinerary and upgraded our room for free. They were as warm and friendly as a close friend, making our stay feel so cozy. Highly recommend! The room gets great natural light, and when you open the curtains, you can see Tianmen Mountain and the city's night view. The bed was incredibly soft – I slept soundly until morning, and the soundproofing was good. It's a peaceful retreat in the city center; so relaxing to come back to after a long day of exploring. The room is fully equipped with amenities like a fridge, washing machine, and a separate wet/dry shower. Highly recommended! For our graduation trip, my three friends and I chose this designer guesthouse. The room was spacious and had a washing machine, which was handy for drying clothes. Eating downstairs was convenient. The host provided excellent food recommendations and itinerary planning, which was very thoughtful and made our stay stress-free. The location is fantastic, right in the city center with all the amenities. Downstairs is the 800-year-old Puguang Temple – truly in the heart of the city!"

"The accommodation is exceptionally clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and it's very close to the East Gate of Wulingyuan. The hostel owner is incredibly warm, friendly, and especially considerate. Despite the very hot weather, the owner always prepared chilled bottled water for us, which we deeply appreciated. Furthermore, we purchased tickets for various Zhangjiajie scenic spots (Tianmen Mountain, Grand Canyon, National Forest Park, Furong Ancient Town) through the hostel owner, and the prices were even cheaper than buying online. The owner also enthusiastically helped us with various aspects of our Zhangjiajie trip, making what could have been a complicated journey much easier. I highly recommend this hostel! If you're coming to Zhangjiajie, I truly suggest staying here!"

"This Huatian Hotel boasts an excellent location. The view facing the river, especially at night, is beautiful. It's very close to the Tianmen Mountain cable car, just a few minutes' walk away, making getting around extremely convenient. The room itself is generally spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and decent soundproofing. Aside from being a bit dated, the hardware facilities are overall good. The staff were responsive, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The only downside was the breakfast experience, which was just average. There was a limited selection of dishes, and they weren't very appealing, with not much variety. Table clearing after meals was also not very prompt. Putting the breakfast aside, the overall stay was satisfactory, primarily due to its convenient location. It's a good choice for travelers mainly focused on visiting scenic spots, especially if you don't have high expectations for breakfast."
