The front desk staff helped us with sightseeing options and suggestions. Our special thanks goes to 吴海燕, the manager in sales, who went extra mile in her helpfulness: booked the hotel on the peak of the yellow mountain for us, lend us her sim card to ensure our trip to the mountain was safe and without the risk of unable to call for help, because our mobile don't work in China, she also drawn a map and suggested best route and points of interest for the mountain climbing, which proved to be invaluable, we felt very lucky to have met her.
