入坑329 大床房體驗
1.要求高慎入:沒電梯需要爬樓 沒有中央空調 （9月份晚上開18 度房間還是熱，空調噪音一晚上）
2.愛乾淨的慎入:床品不乾淨（床上有蜘蛛和灰塵）
3.沒有24小時服務:辦理入住第一次遇到需要打電話喊人過來辦理入住。
4.不喜歡貓的慎入:夏天味道有點大
5.老闆人品真的很差:本來14點計劃有變退了訂單，打電話打不通，聯繫了攜程客服，攜程客服幫忙給老闆打電話，電話打一直不通，於是4點左右攜程客服建議去了店裡麪問一下，去店裡麪，當時前台小姐姐態度還挺好，説沒關係可以退，確認完後我們驅車去了其他地方，到7點左右突然收到短訊不可以退，打電話過去問，態度強硬不能退，並且拉黑了我的電話，最後用老公電話打通跟他理論去店裡面前台的説法，老闆耍無賴説前台沒有培訓好，把電話掛斷。最後沒辦法選擇減少最小損失，攜程那邊也承諾願意幫忙賠付路費和損失（真的很感謝攜程客服認真負責的幫助）最後晚上9點驅車到店入住！

老闆人蠻好，就是走的時候一直説要我給五分好評有點煩人了！😂店裡三衹貓真的很乖，女寶第一次接觸動物很開心！性價比很高，再來的話還住你家。
問題反饋：
1、1樓沙發真的看起來好臟，我都不敢坐；
2、房間的馬桶蓋有問題，應該提前檢查的；
3、房門在開關的時候有點刮地板，牀頭櫃抽屜裏有灰；
3、房間床上的兩個花要不別擺了，看着好臟。
