Hongshuwanpan Holiday Hotel

To be precise, this is not the Mangrove Bay Hotel. The venue is rented to others. The hygiene is poor. There are basically no facilities that a hotel should have. The view is okay, but I would rather have a comfortable room than a view. I am in trouble. It is recommended to check the room before making a reservation.

Room Hygiene is very poor. There is mold on the quilt. The attitude of the waiter is very bad. The difference between the picture and the real thing is too big. I don’t recommend everyone to stay here. It’s a very bad experience.

There are still hairs on the bed, the floor has not been cleaned at all, the bathroom light is broken, the front desk service attitude is very poor, and the parking fee is paid out of my own pocket, which is not worth the price at all.

To be honest, it's still a little bit worse. The water is cut off every now and then, and the air conditioner remote control is broken. But the service is good, really good.

If you don't have a place to stay, don't come to this hotel

1. Room facilities: Very poor! The air conditioner is directly above the toilet door. At 27 degrees Celsius, it started dripping heavily. It started dripping on both sides and on the shoulders when entering and exiting the toilet. After repairs, it was changed to dripping in the middle and on the top of the head. The air conditioner was no longer turned on at the back. 2. Room hygiene: Very poor! There were insect carcasses in the door cracks, the floor was dusty, and even the tables, chairs and beds were dirty. I understood why this hotel had a low rating on Ctrip. It was just a fact. 3. Hotel service: Very speechless! If the air conditioner is dripping, the hotel will not consider changing rooms and call someone to repair the air conditioner. This is ok no problem. but! The maintenance staff didn't knock on the door, just shouted once and then swiped the card in. My friend and I were shocked. What right does the front desk have to give the maintenance staff the room card to swipe the guest's room? 4. Location: It is said to be a sea view room, but I don’t know if what I see is the sea. If the 12th floor is not high enough to see it, then there is no need to label a sea view room. You can write an architectural observation room. 5. Suggestion from passing guests: When booking a room, you still have to trust the star rating on the platform. There is a reason for the low rating. A friend who is not particular about it said that this is the simplest room she has ever stayed in. The experience is extremely poor, friends check in with caution.

The hotel is in a good location, close to Tianhou Temple, seafood street, about 10 minutes walk from the seafood market, and very close to the beach, about 3-5 minutes walk! There is a free underground parking lot "but there are not many parking spaces". The front desk staff are warm and thoughtful, and they explain the surrounding environment patiently. The check-in is done quickly. The room is big enough and very clean. There is also a large balcony with large glass doors, which is good value Recommend 😂😂

The indoor setting is quite simple. The bathroom lacks a shower curtain, anti-slip mats and floor mats and towels. It is easy to be bumped by the glass shelf, which poses a risk of injury. It hurts to be touched when washing your hair. Negotiations with the front desk were fruitless. When the environment outside at night is loud with gongs and drums, singing and music all night long, I have no sleep all night, and I feel even more painful.

第一晚住九銘嶼海，第二晚訂了紅樹灣畔，好幾家承包的公寓，亮點就是有車庫，車不用日曬雨淋，還有小陽台外面的景色，隔音很差，下午想午睡一下，結果走廊都是小孩的聲音和關門很用力的聲音，差點有沖動轉酒店。走路出去沙灘六七百米，樓下就是天后宮美食街，沙灘有幾個大樹陰，原來現在的餐廳好多團購套餐都能用。
