Vienna Hotel (Huizhou Zhongkai High-speed Railway Station Green Fairy Tale Branch)

This is my first time staying in this hotel. I have a very bad experience. There is obvious urine on the toilet when the lid is opened. The smell of urine in the toilet room is really not that strong. I thought this would not happen in such a big hotel. I didn't expect this kind of low-level mistake to happen to me.

The smell in the room was very strong, and it took half an hour to open the door to ventilate it before the smell dissipated; the window was opened and it was not open, there was no ventilation at all; the breakfast had so few varieties, but I had the nerve to charge 20;

Stayed for 4 nights, but the hygiene was not done well, the quilt cover was not tidied, and the toiletries were not followed up.

The hotel has a total of 7 floors. I told the lady at the front desk not to take a room near the road, so she arranged for me to stay in the penultimate room in the corridor on the 6th floor. Although there are no windows, the room is surprisingly noisy. Even if the air conditioner is turned off and the exhaust fan in the bathroom is turned off, there is still a low rumbling noise that is continuous and as high as dozens of decibels. Because I was very tired from fishing that day, I was too lazy to coordinate the room change, so I thought I could just endure it. After turning off the lights, I found that I couldn't sleep at all, because I could clearly feel the roar of the noise as soon as my head touched the pillow. In addition, I like to sleep on my side, which made this feeling even clearer. After spending the night half asleep, I got up at 6 a.m. the next morning and checked out. My friend was even worse. After taking sleeping pills, he was still woken up by the penetrating noise. From two o'clock in the morning to six o'clock in the morning, his eyes were as red as a rabbit all day long. To put it into perspective, because the front desk saw that the guest booked a cheap room, he arranged the guest into a poor room. This was too utilitarian. And does the attitude of a front desk indirectly represent the culture of the company? Finally, thank you for the 2 breakfasts.

衹要出差就來這邊酒店住，維也納還是非常值得信賴的，前台服務員服務過程中非常耐心，房間整體很乾凈，裝修風格也很喜歡，酒店就在一個十字路口位置非常好找，推薦入住

不愧是大品牌知名高端連鎖酒店，房間大氣上檔次，寬敞明亮，夠乾淨，大床潔白無瑕，住的夠舒服，夠爽，衞生間也有一股淡淡的香味，非常喜歡，都挺不錯的，維也納還是值得信賴

房間和環境都很好！

衞生很乾凈，環境也挺好，設施齊全，服務周到，是一次不錯的入住體驗，讓人很滿意，前台服務態度很好！！！
