I was expected to be late for the party, so my colleague helped me book a hotel. There were two hotels in Vienna near the company. She recommended this one, and I was quite satisfied with the result! The room has complete supporting facilities and the environment is clean and tidy. Like it.

The room was very dusty, so I asked the front desk if there was a better room. In the parent-child room we booked, there were nails on the carpet on the floor, and the tips of the nails were stuck out. There was something wrong with the sensor that inserted the key card at the door. It kept beeping and the lights were flashing. Finally, an electrician was called to fix it. After the repair, the electrician came in and asked us if we had turned on the air conditioner. Maybe he was concerned, but we were two women with two children, and it was 90 o'clock. It was quite annoying and scary. I couldn’t watch the TV, it kept loading and there was no internet. The size of the mattress and bed did not match, and the mattress shook quite a bit. The toilet in the toilet must be old, the toilet seat is yellow. The accompanying shampoo sample was probably used by the previous tenant and was not replenished. There is no large bottle. There is also an unknown tenant's rubber band hanging on the wall. The most uncomfortable thing about eating is that the hotel's own Chinese restaurant has a menu that is just a decoration. I was told that there was only a set meal for 138 and nothing else. I barely finished the winter melon and chicken feet soup, the scallops were hard even if I kept reheating them, the tofu was burnt, and it was said that half of the chicken was not very hard. I found out that the table next door could order food later. When I asked the waiter, he said at first that he ordered it in the morning, the second time that he ordered it in the afternoon, and the third time that he could order it, but he would have to wait. But we were told that we could not order food. When I took my children out to play, I just wanted to eat well and sleep well. The price was not cheap, but I didn't expect it to be like this in the end. The experience was very poor. The low rating is justified.

The service attitude is generally okay, but the rest is hard to say. The water from the bathtub is rarely clear, and the various facilities are relatively old. The key is that the dinner included in the package is a waste of food, and the swimming pool is not open. I hope it can be improved.

The hotel looks very, very, very luxurious from the outside, with such a big yard and so many plants, and the hotel is very grand inside. But when you enter the room, it is really ordinary. The facilities are old, the bathroom is also very old, and there are cockroaches. I was scared to death at that time.

The hotel is hygienic and clean. Ms. Song at the front desk also upgraded the room type for free. The service is very good. The bed is very comfortable and big enough. There is a separate shower room. You can see the swimming pool and mountain view. The scenery is pleasant, the environment is quiet, the air is fresh, and the stay is very good. The breakfast here is delicious, highly recommended!

The transportation is convenient, the hotel also has charging piles, the hotel lobby is very large, the service of the lady at the front desk is very good, and she answered the questions very carefully, the room is bigger than other hotels, clean and hygienic, the balcony has a nice view, it is very comfortable to see the mountains , WI-FI is also very fast, the breakfast tastes good, and I left after eating lunch, there are many dishes, it is worth recommending

非常滿意此酒店，下次會再去的，悠閒地渡過初一至初四的農曆新年，環境雖偏遠，卻難得寧靜地享受過新年，避免了以往過年走來走去的互相拜年方式。 晚上 每晚也有煙花盛放，非常精彩👍 又不失過年的氣氛。 只需要自己有手机， 隨時可以打滴滴，十五分鐘左右車程可前往繁盛的鬧市超市 去購物及感受熱鬧過年氣氛。 車程半小時 左右可抵達各大景點 今次就去了醉就近的獅子山觀音寺，有400年的歷史，值得去觀看。 往返香港可以 惠陽站。 本來今次另外一個目的就是去碧桂園潤楊溪谷浸溫泉的，只須10分鐘車程， 農曆年浸溫泉太多人了， 去了潤楊溪谷溫泉酒店附近食泰國餐。 潤楊溪谷 溫泉酒店過千元 我住這個酒店只是三百三，還包早餐。 房間洗手間非常寬濶空間，太舒適了。 這一個性價比超值。六樓露台有靚景

酒店前花園很漂亮，還有一個大樓台，後面有山，安安靜靜的，這家酒店不錯。有免費停車場🅿️，大堂寬敞明亮。前台Anna辦理入住很快。

酒店後面有大游泳池，哇非常喜歡，夏天帶孩子游泳應該不錯！房間有地毯，乾乾淨淨！非常棒，推薦，Lucy小姐姐服務服務態度很好 。
