總體作為經濟舒適型的酒店還是很不錯的，雖然我剛剛從惠州艾美過來，在對比的落差下，店員和房間都還給了不錯的體驗，推薦帶孩子的入住親子房，孩子很喜歡滑梯🛝和小帳篷⛺ 遺憾房間內的投影儀因為遙控器損壞無法使用；浴室如果乾濕分離就最好了，但這些都瑕不掩瑜！

酒店位置挺不錯的就在大路邊上很好找，門口還有停車位，酒店後面就是祝屋巷，離西湖也好近。房間挺乾淨整潔的，光線很好，住起來很舒服，值得推薦，下次還來

酒店價格合理, 衛生滿意,熱水和水壓也足夠, 空調也易用和安靜, 隔音可接受。酒店附近有很多出名的食店, 步行至西湖只需3分鐘。衛生間的佈局較不方便, 有些房間的衛生間不能做到乾濕分離。總体滿意。

店長和紅衣川妹服務沒得説，但這次總共住了十幾晚，最後一天因在外和客户吃飯，未能在2點到達酒店退房，不知道哪個前台給我電話，説超時要收費（最主要沒有一種服務行業具備的溝通能力和素質，及時政策規定超時要收費，你也應該先查一下住客情況，然後可以説儘量按時退房，若不能按時，按規定需要按時收費，您看大概幾點能回，我跟店長申請一下給您延長，不就解決了，但溝通對話讓我都懶得回顧了），一下子把店長和紅衣川妹用心經營積累的信譽一掃而空，公司同事説，下次項目不住這裏了。
