Absolutely beautiful!
We went in mid-December, and it was pretty cold (-1C at night), but the tent was warm and toasty, and the indoor bbq was perfect.
Just a couple of things to note if going in winter - the giraffe breakfast is not available during the winter months (I believe October to March maybe?).
Although the staff spoke no English, they were very proactive in using translation apps to communicate.
All in all, a wonderful experience, would definitely return.

The hotel is not new, the facility is standard but the staff are really really nice and helpful. They will try the best to help me solving the problem.
Even the location is far away, but I think is worth to try a stay, the BBQ food is superb.

非常好的體驗！在東京乘搭巴士到市原鶴舞站，由職員駕車接送到園區。設有WhatsApp和email供外國遊客和職員溝通。
住在竹林裡景觀很漂亮，食物質素很好。
接待處有免費飲品供客人飲用。職員非常熱心幫忙，雖然他們不懂英語，但會利用手機翻譯跟遊客溝通。
遊客住宿附設隔壁的動物園入場券一張，可以到動物園餵小動物和拍照。很適合一家大小前往

初のグランピング！普段はキャンプでのんびり過ごしますが、利用してみようと思い！手間もなく快適に過ごすことが出来ました！
欲を言うとシャワーのみなので浴槽には浸かりたかったことと少し料金が高いかなっと思いました。
ですが夕食のbbqも量も多く、家族でゆっくり休めたので満足です。
時間があれば隣接のサユリワールドへ行ってみてもいいかもしれません。

竹林の中でゆったりと自然を味わえてとても素敵なグランピングを過ごすことが出来ました！テントの内装も凄く可愛かったです！施設全てが綺麗でした！猫ちゃんもいてとても可愛かったです！近くの動物園のチケットも料金に含まれていてとてもお得だなと思います！夕飯もデザートまでついていてとても美味しかったです！スタッフさんも全員優しくユーモアのある方ばかりでとても楽しかったです！もう一回行きたいと思えるグランピングになりました！最高でした！ありがとうございました！

子供が大喜び！ 子供が生まれて初めての旅行ということでドキドキで来ましたが期待通り素晴らしかったです。 雰囲気がとても良く、トイレやシャワーもとても綺麗で大満足です。明日の朝、キリンと朝食ということでキリンが大好きな息子は今からワクワクしてるようです！近くにゾウの国もあるので動物好きな人は絶対好きだと思います！隣が動物園ですが匂いや音などは気になりませんでした。ゆっくり癒されてとても良い時間でした。

室内はとても綺麗で、ご飯も美味しく、ゴールデンウィーク最高の思い出になりました！夕飯時は強風でしたがバーベキューも楽しめました。ワインボトルやおつまみを部屋に持ち帰ることができ子供達寝た後に夫婦でゆっくり晩酌できました。キリンとの朝食は残念ながら雨で中止になってしまいましたが、室内での朝ごはんはパンやフルーツで子供達も喜んで食べていました！シャワートイレは部屋とは別の場所なのが少し不便ですが、とても清潔でした。

グランピングがしたかったのと、ゾウさん🦣に乗りたくてココの施設に決めました。 写真の通り竹林が素晴らしく癒されました。 お部屋やシャワールームも清潔でとても使いやすかったです。お食事もボリュームがあり大変満足しました。焚き火でマシュマロも焼かせてもらいました。息子の誕生日なのでとても喜んで過ごせたのが良かったです。また次回はツリーハウスに泊まってみたいです！！ スタッフの方も親切で丁寧な接客でした。
