It is my first experience visiting Turkey, my kids are very happy! Staff are very friendly, at the swimming pool a roller skater guy - Berkay was very polite and brought us our drinks . We ate amazing lavash with cheese! The room is always clean and over all we had an amazing time, will definitely come back again!

Returned to the UK on 28th Oct after 2 brilliant weeks! Travelled as a family of 4 (our kids are 12 & 9) & stayed in a 2 bed family room, 777, which is away from the main building but had wonderful views of the sea & mountains. As others have said, this is one of the blocks that is dated & could do with being refurbished but on the whole, was comfortable. Note to the hotel, if you are planning to refurbish these rooms, the wardrobe space is great but additional drawers for storage would be really useful as we didn’t have enough room to unpack all of our clothes for a 2 week stay. The food at the hotel is to a high standard, yes a buffet can get a little repetitive after 2 weeks, but that would be the same any hotel. We enjoyed the food, it was hot, tasty & plentiful. The Turkish al a carte was excellent but we didn’t try the others. Ice cream was available from 12-5 everyday & the vanilla is one of the creamiest I’ve ever tasted & the pistachio was equally delicious! The kids loved the bubble tea & mocktails & the coffee shop does a great ice coffee (as well as cappuccinos, lattes etc) & the patisserie offers a good range of cookies & cakes. If you don’t want a buffet lunch the Pine Bar offers a sit down lunch which is served to you (and also takeaway), the menu is pizzas, burgers, chicken schnitzel, chicken wraps etc and agin, was really tasty! The wine offered was pretty good, I had a couple of glasses of rose with dinner & it was drinkable, not a nice Pinot blush by any means but it tasted ok! We had no issues getting sunbeds and opted to spend most days on the pier at the beach because the pool areas were too shady and the pools were too cold in our opinion, the sea was much warmer! And there are so many fish, the pier is a great place for snorkelling! We were lucky enough to see turtles most days & a seal even popped up one day! Only minor consideration if you sunbathe on the pier & beach is that it is a bit of walk back to the toilets. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, in between Marmaris & Icmeler & you can walk along to either resort from the hotel along a paved & mostly flat path which follows the beach so is a really nice walk & takes about half an hour to Marmaris & slightly less to Icmeler. If walking isn’t your thing or is too far then there is a taxi rank right outside the hotel & also a bus stop. We took the bus a number of times to both Marmaris & Icmeler & it was very easy & only 25 Lira each! You can get a green or orange bus into the towns but I was told only the orange buses bring you back to the hotel, so we followed that advice & had no problems but be prepared to stand as seats are limited. The buses will pick you up from anywhere, just flag them down if you can get to the next bus stop! We also took a boat trip directly from the hotel which was a full day trip 10-5 which was only £13 each including a chicken, pasta & salad lunch. Drinks & ice creams were additional but at reasonable cost but note you can’t

The whole 10 days were excellent, the staff couldn't do enough for us, especially Sibel at the lounge bar.The cleaners were very good, some food was not to our taste, but there was always something to eat. The hotel was lovely, we enjoyed every minute and we do intend to go back next year

I stayed here over the Easter holiday for 12 nights and had a generally lovely experience. Staff were wonderful and kind, particularly in the restaurant where the best waitress (Havva) looked after us beautifully. My son really enjoyed the kids club as well and I wanted to say thank you for entertaining him, throughout our stay. It gave me the chance to relax a bit and he clearly enjoyed being there. He had big hugs with the ladies running the kids club every day when arriving and leaving, so that's a great sign. Everyone at the hotel couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, food was great. Would go back again.

Wife, myself and two kids under 6 had a great time. lucky weather pure susnshire all week early April up to 28 degress. Pools are not heated so kids didnt go much in them but found lots of other kids to play with. there is a great indoor pool. busy but heated and is in Turkish baths so was a good experience. Ferdi and Ali were great in the buffett restaurants doing good service. Isa was great at the pools helping with sun loungers and with anything we needed. Food was fine. not great but perfectly fine considering huge selection range and all you can eat. definitly not high quality but always something good to eat. great kids disco each night at amphitheatre. quite samey for adults but kids were entertained. rooms were fine. quite thin walls at times but didnt have any problems.

Over the years my family and I have stayed in the best and worst accommodation. Grand Yazici was a lovely hotel but i would say more of ok 4* than a 5*. Room: We stayed in a standard room and I would say a Premier Inn was definitely nicer. It was very clean and very basic like a 3* hotel room. The room was nice enough but lacked the luxurious feeling I would have expected from a 5* hotel room. The bed sheets were clean, changed daily and towels refreshed daily also. The bathroom was nice with shower caps in small boxes provided, handwash, shower gel and shampoo dispenser provided on the walls. Small soaps were also provided and a nice powerful shower head, with a large shower head and lovely warm water. The shower was like a walk in shower room with a glass separator between the shower an toilet. The problem with the bathroom was there was no extractor fan so after use of the shower the room felt muggy, the mirror was no longer able to be used and the glass shower divider didn't stretch far enough so after one use there was water all over the floor. Facilities and service: Can't fault the facilities at all. The entire resort was cleaned to a high standard, the general location was amazing with all the pine trees and the service with brilliant. The lounge area in the reception are was like a luxurious living room and was popular in the evenings with guests. My children loved the little mini-van that served bubble drinks and milkshakes. The patisserie, ice cream and coffee 'shop' was a big hit also. The swimming pool water definitely wasn't heated and too cold for use to enjoy but plenty of others certainly did. All the pool areas and water were clean. The beach wasn't really a beach at all it was more like pier with gravel sand type stuff laid down to make it look like a beach. Lots of sunbeds available and relaxing enough if you like to sunbathe with a waiter/bar service available for soft drinks and larger. The shops and spa onsite are lovely and convenient. There are lots of nice comfy places around the hotel for guests to sit and relax and lots of places outside to sit also. Can't fault the service provided by the staff, they are all helpful and aim to please. They do there job as they are meant to. Food: My family and I are wholesome vegan so expectations with regards to food are generally low as I am aware it is a particular lifestyle. Generally other than chips, salad and bread there isn't really anything available for vegans to eat. I had learnt that in Turkish culture, milk and bread are very important, so much so they use milk in pretty much everything. Lentil soup had milk in it and so did the rice. There was also a lot of egg in items. Vegan dessert other than fruit is definitely not available and some items labeled vegan also have cows milk it it. Also as it is a buffet style dinner service it doesn't have the 5* service I would have expected. There is no table service for food other than the offer t

What a wonderful holiday resort. 😍 It has so much beauty in its surroundings. 🏖 Great location - walking distance into Ichmeler and marmaris. The pools are lovely and clean with plenty of sunbeds available. The beach area is well presented and water so clear. Enjoy a swim in the sea. I have been to alot of different hotels but this one is by far the best food I've ever tasted. So much choice and everything tasted amazing. One of the waiters - Ferdi - is such an asset to the team. So welcoming and always looked after us in the main restaurant. My boys miss him.🥰 The Kyri restaurant is brilliant for afternoon snacks/wraps/burgers. The water slide was good fun. My boys enjoyed a day at the kids club. We played tennis, table tennis and basketball. Good evening entertainment. The cocktails are lovely - love the strawberry mojittos 🍹 The ice cream is amazing. We ate so much of it 😋🍦 The rooms are nice and spacious, very clean. Excellent maid service. Fridge refilled frequently with water and soft drinks. I loved my holiday here. Would definately return x

Booked this through Jet 2 not expecting much but wow, what a nice hotel. Staff were incredible and work a hard shift, always friendly and willing to assist. All really god with kids, a really slick operation. The all inclusive was great with loads of variety and nice touches like a bubble tea truck, ice cream and pastries counter and coffee shop not too far from the beach all included. Its all really well designed but also on a hill so there are some climbs. Personally I enjoyed the small beach and the pier with the loungers. The sea is nice and calm and shallow enough not to be intimidating for younger swimmers. Finally I normally steer clear of "evening entertainment" but wow, not sure if the area is just lucky to have so many talent groups available, but every night seemed to have some big budget production on, of dancers, singers, acrobats etc. Incredible shows that you'd probably pay to watch separately. Fair play to the hotel management for making the bookings. All in all a lovely holiday that kept everyone happy, only thing they need to do is re-carpet some of the mini golf but I'm not knocking off a star for that!
