Room has not have intercom to call on reception or services, parking charges apply after 9am which wasn’t clear when booking room, kettle was not working,no glass given for water, light was broken.

I have stayed in countless hotels throughout the world and this is possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment I entered through the broken doors and the smell of urine the stay went down hill from there. Absolutely appalling in every respect. This was the cheapest hotel east of London and I’ve cancelled my stay for the next two weeks.

If you are looking for a good night sleep without a morning wake up call avoid, the hotel has a gum below that opens at 6am and constant stream of noise and the building shakes when weights etc are dropped, a lift was out of order, parking is included from 5pm - 9am which does not match up with check in time not worth the price they charge

Brilliant service by Ashif is very nice must be promoted! When I moved inn I asked quiet room also asked later to buy internet and got great respond. He been asked how is my trip and been very helpful aswell as this room was really nice and calm atmosphere and everything was sorted quick for me. Like 5 start hotel.

I checked in quite late at night. I was worried if I could get a nice room but Thanks to Asif and Noora for giving me nice and clean room, They were really helpful and professional, keeping smile on their face even working late at night. Love the hotel and the team dedication 👏

Very kind members of staff especially Ricky, very open and nice man to talk to. Room was clean and quiet only carpet had few stains but overall enjoyed my stay. Hotel located in good area with lots of shops around and cinema world next to it. On weekend can get a bit loud but it’s bearable.

Has family function and ilford travelodgewqs the nearest Confused when entered but reception is on first floor I was greeted by Sheryl and Asif they was so helpful helped me organise a cab to the party great customer service Hotel is near lots of restaurants Nando’s and a fab Indian buffet style restaurant Would recommend Hotel is basic and dated but clean and staff was great
