Carlton Hotel

Terrible. I chose to find something else after the first night. Dirty place. Not a hotel - if anything then a motel. Strong smell of smoke in the room. Not clean. TV didn't work. Not pleasant service at the reception. Totally inept soundproofing. You could clearly feel what this place's primary function was - ******. Outside were business cards for ******.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Drinks and mineral water are available. It is very close to Juan subway station, a five-minute walk away. It is very convenient to eat next to it. The underground mall is also convenient for shopping.

About customer service First of all, I was a little nervous about being in an unfamiliar place, and I made a mistake when changing subways, so I ended up arriving after 24:00, but I was really moved by how they greeted me with a smile and guided me right away. It warmed my heart (I was really scared of the hotel I stayed in during my last trip to Korea, so I felt very relieved). About the room I was a little surprised that one corner of the interior wall was mirrored and the lighting was purple. Also, I was scared because the floor was a little uneven and there were red stains, but the bathtub was very spacious, there was a massage machine for some reason, and the bed was very comfortable, so I was really healed. I did it! So overall, the cleanliness of the room may have been average, but it wasn't at a level that would interfere with my stay, and I actually enjoyed it! ! The TV was big and I was so happy to be able to watch a Korean drama that happened to be on! ! The room is large, so it's recommended even if you have a lot of people! ! !
