"When I visited Huzhou before, my Huzhou friends proudly told me that the Sheraton Huzhou Taihu Lake Hot Spring Resort was the city's calling card and its pride. Due to time constraints, I couldn't stay there then, but I decided I had to experience it someday. This time, taking advantage of my trip back to China, my spouse and I finally fulfilled that wish. The Sheraton Huzhou Taihu Lake Hot Spring Resort exceeded our expectations in every way! What particularly impressed us were the dazzling 'Ring of Light' show, the multi-themed outdoor natural hot springs, and the incredibly rich and varied breakfast. Of course, the luxurious and comfortable room, its impeccable cleanliness, and the polite and attentive service from the butler and staff also left us full of praise. As overseas Chinese from Japan, we can say that even in Japan, hotels of this caliber, with such excellent service, are not common. I will definitely recommend the 'Moon Hotel' to my Japanese friends. Our heartfelt thanks to the Moon Hotel for providing us with such a thoroughly satisfying experience."

"A resort hotel in Moganshan. Over the weekend, with great weather and comfortable temperatures, I met up with friends to enjoy a relaxing two-day trip, complete with a BBQ and hot springs. The hotel has convenient parking with a decent-sized lot, and there are charging stations right at the main entrance, which is very handy. Outdoors, there are five fairly large tables perfect for dining and drinks. The overall environment is lovely, and the service is excellent. The only downside is that the TV is a bit old, small, and doesn't support screen mirroring. 😀"

"Choosing a guesthouse was a good option for our group of four friends. We happened to have a suite with a small loft. It was a family-run guesthouse; the owner seemed to live there himself. The most unique feature was Lulu, a sika deer. My friends especially loved her; she was very gentle and didn't smell much. Lulu was very clean, haha, but she was a bit greedy. Breakfast had a good variety of options, a typical Chinese family breakfast: porridge, fried noodles, steamed buns, eggs, corn, etc. Lulu especially loved the corn, haha. Driving is better for getting around. If you need a taxi, you'll have to call about 20 minutes in advance. If you're lucky, a driver will be available immediately after you book, but if no one is passing by, you'll have to wait a while. The guesthouse also had an automatic mahjong machine. We were the only ones playing that day, haha. The owner was very nice; he even reminded us when we were playing late. If you need any help, you can contact him directly via WeChat. The room was quite clean, and we slept well. The air was really fresh and comfortable. It was drizzling a little when we went, otherwise we could have sat on the lawn, had coffee, and chatted about the three lakes. Overall, we were very satisfied."

"The tatami room that we originally upgraded to walked in had a musty smell, and we changed back to the original twin bed. The room at the elevator entrance was super small and half the size of other rooms. Because of the poor quality of sleep, I wanted to change to a room farther from the elevator entrance. When I went down to say that there were other guests registering, I told me that the room was full. Obviously, there were people who checked in after taking the room card. It was very speechless. It was obviously a hot spring hotel. It was not possible to soak in the hot spring. The outdoor pool was close to 30 degrees on the day of check-in. The outdoor pool was not allowed to play. Animals have rabbits and sheep. There is only an amusement park for a child to play, adults have not experienced anything, the experience is very poor, never go again"

"I went to Moganshan on May Day and changed my itinerary temporarily. I chose Guanhu Resort Hotel. It is really a treasure hotel. First, I upgraded the best room type of the hotel. The infinity pool comes with a private hot spring bathing pool. The Taihu Lake in the distance is on vacation in such a beautiful scenery every day. The hotel design is very user-friendly. The breakfast is very rich. There is a shuttle bus to the foot of the mountain. The parking lot is not big but it is also sufficient. The service is definitely six-star. During my stay, I fell ill. The hotel brother and manager took me to the hospital at six in the morning. Because the hospital is far away and I was in unbearable pain, they accompanied me to hang the drip. When I left, they also delayed the check-out to let me rest more. It was past breakfast time but I stayed for breakfast. I was really moved. I felt great warmth in a strange city. It is a thoughtful service that I have never had in so many five-star hotels across the country.
