"Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: Our room had a great location with a huge balcony. Service: The butler service was excellent; they even brought us fruit and took photos for us for free. The breakfast was bountiful. We'll definitely come back next time. It's perfect for family trips, and the nearby Taihu Ancient Town is fantastic, with evening performances. The hotel's location is also excellent."

"A resort hotel in Moganshan. Over the weekend, with great weather and comfortable temperatures, I met up with friends to enjoy a relaxing two-day trip, complete with a BBQ and hot springs. The hotel has convenient parking with a decent-sized lot, and there are charging stations right at the main entrance, which is very handy. Outdoors, there are five fairly large tables perfect for dining and drinks. The overall environment is lovely, and the service is excellent. The only downside is that the TV is a bit old, small, and doesn't support screen mirroring. 😀"

"Choosing a guesthouse was a good option for our group of four friends. We happened to have a suite with a small loft. It was a family-run guesthouse; the owner seemed to live there himself. The most unique feature was Lulu, a sika deer. My friends especially loved her; she was very gentle and didn't smell much. Lulu was very clean, haha, but she was a bit greedy. Breakfast had a good variety of options, a typical Chinese family breakfast: porridge, fried noodles, steamed buns, eggs, corn, etc. Lulu especially loved the corn, haha. Driving is better for getting around. If you need a taxi, you'll have to call about 20 minutes in advance. If you're lucky, a driver will be available immediately after you book, but if no one is passing by, you'll have to wait a while. The guesthouse also had an automatic mahjong machine. We were the only ones playing that day, haha. The owner was very nice; he even reminded us when we were playing late. If you need any help, you can contact him directly via WeChat. The room was quite clean, and we slept well. The air was really fresh and comfortable. It was drizzling a little when we went, otherwise we could have sat on the lawn, had coffee, and chatted about the three lakes. Overall, we were very satisfied."

"The environment of the homestay is very quiet, the design is also very good, the pool water is also very clean, the overall decoration style is very like, we are a family gathering, the suite has tatami, suitable for second-child families. The food was a simple farmhouse. On the first night, the boss ordered roasted whole lamb and barbecue. The boss has a tea garden and made us golden buds. The elders like to drink it!"

"The tatami room that we originally upgraded to walked in had a musty smell, and we changed back to the original twin bed. The room at the elevator entrance was super small and half the size of other rooms. Because of the poor quality of sleep, I wanted to change to a room farther from the elevator entrance. When I went down to say that there were other guests registering, I told me that the room was full. Obviously, there were people who checked in after taking the room card. It was very speechless. It was obviously a hot spring hotel. It was not possible to soak in the hot spring. The outdoor pool was close to 30 degrees on the day of check-in. The outdoor pool was not allowed to play. Animals have rabbits and sheep. There is only an amusement park for a child to play, adults have not experienced anything, the experience is very poor, never go again"

"Facilities: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Since we were traveling with our baby this time, we mostly stayed in the room for a 'staycation'. We were very satisfied with the room facilities, which were brand new and spotless. We didn't use most of the resort's other facilities much, but the service for the EV charging pile was handled very promptly. My only complaint is about the Cloudland Cafe on the hilltop (P5-P6); the shuttle bus doesn't go directly there, and you have to walk up a long, winding set of stairs to reach it. As we stayed during the peak of summer, it was absolutely grueling. Hygiene: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The hygiene in the room, public restaurants, and lobby was excellent – highly impressed and satisfied. Environment: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We specifically chose this resort for its lush green surroundings. Our room's balcony faced an entire bamboo forest, offering a superb view. It was perfect for putting on headphones, listening to music, enjoying coffee, and watching the sunrise or sunset. Service: 🌟🌟 The only unpleasant experience during our multi-day stay was concerning breakfast takeaway. As our baby is only four months old and needs constant supervision, my wife ate first and then wanted to take a bowl of noodles back to the room for her husband. However, the restaurant explicitly stated it wasn't allowed 🚫. I find this puzzling, as comparable hotels in this price range usually offer room service or allow guests to take food away. I don't understand why it wasn't permitted. Fortunately, after negotiating with our butler, they eventually allowed us to take it, but the whole experience left a very bad impression."

"Our group of six, two families, booked the three-bedroom villa. The butler proactively contacted us via phone and WeChat, providing excellent service. However, upon check-in, the front desk forgot to ask if we had a car and register the license plate. This led to our car being automatically charged by ETC for parking when we went out for dinner, so I hope the front desk can improve their reminders in this regard in the future. Also, among the three bedrooms, only the room on the second floor had a phone, which made calling for the shuttle quite inconvenient. It would be great if there could be a phone on the first floor as well. Since it's a pet-friendly hotel, there was some dog poop 🐶💩 in the outdoor garden area on the first floor. I hope future cleanings will also pay attention to this. Other than these points, our experience was very good!"

"This hotel is perfectly situated within the scenic area, very close to the transfer station, making it incredibly convenient to visit all the attractions. In the evening, there's a fantastic light show at the transfer station, which is a great bonus! The rooms are spacious and bright, and the hygiene is excellent. You need to provide your car plate number in advance if you're taking a taxi to the hotel. The front desk staff member was very enthusiastic, helped us with our luggage, and provided information about the surrounding area. The breakfast is a set menu with a good balance of meat and vegetables, and a rich variety of options! This hotel is highly recommended! If I visit Moganshan again, I would definitely book this hotel again."

"Five-star praise, the environment is particularly good, sitting on the tea mountain, surrounded by bamboo forests, the streams and the infinity pool are very beautiful. It is one of the best homestays in Huzhou. The housekeeper service is warm and thoughtful. I contacted and booked dinner before coming. Afternoon tea was specially provided when I arrived. The room was also very clean and hygienic. The courtyard is elegantly hidden in the city, which looks particularly fresh and interesting. The garden is prosperous and colorful, with bees and butterflies flying, which makes people yearn for it. I will come again next time and book a house for a barbecue party with family and friends!"

"We arrived just before the summer holidays ended, and the hotel seemed fully booked. However, the dining and swimming areas weren't crowded. Breakfast was especially delicious; the staff said it was all homemade, much better than the hotel's assembly line meals. The firefly season was a bit late, so we were worried about missing them. We opted for the rafting tour with the complimentary tickets. It was very calm, suitable even for a four-year-old. We met a few other groups of tourists we didn't know, and we rafted together, splashing each other – pure joy! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. When we checked out, an auntie saw me and said I looked beautifully tanned. Before leaving, we went to the nearby Fish Scale Dam to catch some small fish for the kids. A relaxing weekend!"
