"We had a very quiet and romantic stay in the sarann Koh Samui, perfect for couples who want privacy and a peaceful environment. The location and amenities were great, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing.
However, the bed was a bit too soft for our preference, the Wi-Fi connection was quite poor during our stay, and one of the lamps in the room was not working.
Overall, it’s a lovely place for a romantic getaway, but a few small improvements would make the experience even better."

"The hotel doesn't quite live up to a 5-star rating. However, it does have pleasant grounds, two pools, and a restaurant. The breakfasts are decent, with a good variety on offer, but they're rather uninspired and not particularly delicious. On the plus side, the coffee is good. The cocktails at the bar during the day were disappointing (we tried a Piña Colada once and weren't tempted to order another).
A major highlight is the excellent direct beach access with sun loungers. The beach itself is fantastic. We were very pleased to see security on the beach who also helped set up umbrellas and arrange sun loungers. There's also a staff member with a first aid kit to treat cuts from corals – a very thoughtful touch (which we actually needed assistance with).
Among the obvious drawbacks, the soundproofing in the rooms is extremely poor. We ended up with noisy neighbors who were also smoking ******** on their balcony (though it's legalized in Thailand). As a result, our room smelled terrible, and the noisy parties made it impossible for us to relax.
On the bright side, when we reported this to reception, they immediately gave us a key to another room so we could get some much-needed sleep there, which we did.
In terms of service, the hotel staff deserves a 5/5. Housekeeping and room comfort would get a 3/5 each, and breakfasts a 4/5. Overall, I'd give it a four out of five."

"The location was perfect! We especially loved the beach, as it felt secluded and private. The pool area was nice, a little dated in terms of outdoor furniture, however the pool was great. Not crowded & we pretty much had the pool to ourselves all the time.
The breakfast was ok, perhaps more options for vegetarians, maybe have some cheese, but overall not too bad. The coffee were great!! My favorite thing each morning.
The room wasn't bad, spacious & lovely sea room view. We ordered drinks at the bar, whilst at the pool, and they were terribly slow with our order. Happy hour not the best, only 3 choices , beer and two cocktails. When we ordered, they took 30 minutes to bring our drinks & got the order wrong. We returned it, saying it wasn't what we ordered & 5 minutes later, they brought out the same drink. 😅 we ordered a mango smoothie & they brought a chocolate milkshake...
More English speaking staff would be better & they should step up their service level. Great location, as it's a 20 minute walk to Lamai market & the walk along the beach was nice in the morning after breakfast. A quiet hotel, but within walking distance to a more livelier nightlight.
We had an early morning checkout & the hotel prepared a breakfast box for us, which was nice.
Next time, we'll try another hotel in Koh Samui. It was our anniversary and the hotel didn't acknowledge our special occasion at all. The beach was priceless & that took center stage. Overall, we had a lovely stay, Thank you."

"We stayed at this hotel for three days. Green territory, well-kept. Gorgeous breakfast. We really liked the shots with ginger. A variety of fruits, jamon, salmon, greens. The most beautiful beach and comfortable sun loungers. Since this is a bungalow and the hotel is surrounded by greenery. ..there was one small nuance..several cockroaches ran in to us. We contacted the staff and the cockroaches were removed from the room. There are also mosquitoes, you need to quickly enter the house so as not to let them in. But the hotel is wonderful!"

"Nice and clean, comfy bungalows with modern styling bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet with peekaboo windows from room, and outdoor shower with rack for hanging wet towels and swimming wear. Nice terrace with table and chairs to sit outside and enjoy fresh morning air, and lovely evenings. The staff is very friendly and the ladies in the restaurant were very gracious. The 3 tiered pools were lovely with gorgeous view. The middle one needed some cleaning of leaves that blew down from the wind. The hot water filled only half the tub, but after waiting 15min the water heater was able to fill up the rest of the tub, which was enjoyable and worth the extra effort. Good value and comfortable."

"Location of the hotel is perfect. Beach is spectstular also pool is magnificent. But rooms are little bit small. - deluxe garden room. For us it wasnt a problem because we wete mostly outside. But no place for cloths etc we have to keep it in our baggages…
Alltogether hotel and services are great exept pool bar. Drinks are too expensive for what you will get - too much sugar and just not worth it. But beer was nice and smoothies too. Bigest problem was that pool bar opens about 12-13 so if you are early morning person you have to order in restaurant or jus tbuy drinks on street…
We have a problem with AC and hotel services was great. Fast repair and they try their best to do it when we where on some trips etc.
We will sure go there again in future."

"Excellent hotel, green area, swimming pool, shower on the beach. There were enough sunbeds and towels for everyone, although the hotel was packed to capacity.
The room is large, there is a kettle, tea + coffee, a safe for a small laptop, soap, shampoo, shower cap, hair dryer, TV. Large balcony, high ceilings in the room. Of course, there is a fairly new and quiet air conditioner.
Standard rooms in two- and three-story buildings, no elevator, but your luggage will be brought.
The staff is friendly, they help, clean and wash the hotel daily.
The breakfast is quite monotonous, but tasty, there is enough of everything throughout the breakfast.
Breakfast is served in an open area without air conditioning, but with a view of the sea, it is not needed.
Good hotel, we will come again."

"Located at the quieter side of Chaweng, this hotel is a nice place to get used to the Samui lifestyle. Just a 15 min walk to the center. Rooms are good, a bit outdated but spacious, and cleaned every day. Breakfast had the regular options but I was hoping for fried rice or just white rice and that was only served once during my 4 night stay. Swimming pool is nice to cool off but children can be loud and splashy. Prices at the pool were okay, not cheap but also not too expensive (140 baht for a fresh fruit juice). Staff was very nice though! I give the staff a 10/10"

"Great relaxing place with neat and clean room and excellent service. It’s about ~2KM from the happening places like Central Samui and the Green Mango!! The swimming pool facing the beach / sea is amazing!! Food & drinks were great as well!! You can rent a motor bike at the hotel if needed!!"
