"The location is excellent, right in the city center. You can take the A1 bus directly from the airport to the hotel's doorstep. There's a 24-hour convenience store nearby, and a huge home furnishing store where you can browse. Next to that is Abu Dhabi Mall, which has various brands, designer stores, restaurants, and a cinema.
The room layout in this hotel is a bit unique and unconventional, featuring a bar counter. The rooms are very spacious, and all toiletries are provided. Although the facilities show some age, they are kept quite clean. Do note that slippers are not provided. The service is standard; early check-in might not be possible, as it's generally after 2 PM.
A common complaint is the bar on the 2nd floor, which has live music until after 3 AM. Light sleepers should be cautious. Also, the air conditioning is a central system, so you can't adjust it yourself, and the vent is directly above the head of the bed, which can make it easy to catch a cold."

"The hotel's location is excellent, but the entrance was hard to find. The nearby parking lot was under construction, so it took a long time to find a small alley entrance. However, once found, the location is super convenient, with a large shopping mall and many restaurants nearby.
Also, the hotel automatically upgraded my room type; the room was very large and clean.
However, the customer service was a bit strange. When checking in, I stood at the front desk for over ten minutes (around midnight, not a busy time). The front desk staff knew I was there but had a very long conversation with someone who wasn't a hotel guest (I could tell from their conversation), as if I were invisible. It wasn't until I showed my displeasure and asked how much longer I'd have to wait, or if there was another staff member who could help me, that the pointless chat finally ended.
I called the front desk to ask for tissues and room service. Room service was delivered, but they told me tissues were handled by a different department… After I finished my room service in the room, the dishes were just left there. I then requested 'Make Up Room' and left. When I returned, the room had been cleaned, but all the room service items were still in the room, untouched by anyone… Bizarre.
Overall, the hotel's hardware meets a 4-star standard, but the service needs improvement."

"Overall, the hotel was fine — everything inside was okay. and the staff were friendly and cooperative
However, the biggest problem was the parking. When I booked, it said there was public parking available with a charge, which I was happy to pay for. But when I arrived, I was shocked to find that although parking is technically “available,” it’s almost impossible to find a space! I had to drive around the area for nearly an hour each time just to find a spot on a side street. It was very exhausting every time I returned to the hotel.
I’m not sure whether this issue is with the hotel or with Trip.com, but the information about parking was not made clear at all"

"Excellent hotel. The staff are polite and always happy to help with any queries. The rooms are good and spacious. The windows don't open, but in January, even with the AC off, the temperature was comfortable – neither cold nor hot. The ventilation system worked well. We slept great; the mattresses were good and not worn out. Breakfast was a bit sparse, but you won't go hungry. There's a Burger King on the other side of the hotel building. The beach is a 30-minute walk away, and on the way, there's a WTC mall with a McDonald's."

LL.PichWe stayed already from bab al qasr we just transfer in Hilton to Experience how was it here. We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. We know already Hilton Branches from Germany. The hotel is nice and very big, our experience there when we check in is not too busy in the lobby and the warm greeting from the staff is not too warmed just like they treated us like just only the guest that payed for the room . My husband do the check in and from the FO staff tell that our breakfast is not included, then later on we check our booking since we booked it by trip.com and we showed them the booking confirmation that our breakfast was already included . Still she insisted that they can’t find it and she need to call the reservation department to confirm it and after that they said it’s already included . Then we are fine, since we have a small kid and need some food to put in the fridge we requested to the FO staff in the evening that we don’t need the minibar and they can removed it so that we can used it. The staff said he will send someone to remove it,we waited till next day because Nobody come . We go again to the lobby to follow up. We meet one lady there I think she’s from the reservation team, I think her name was Lisa. She help us to follow up about the minibar and she call the housekeeping department to clean our room. She’s very helpful and friendly. My daughter likes her too 😊The breakfast buffet in Hilton was very huge you have too many options and the food is also good. My daughter loves pancake she always go to the pancake station, the cook who make the pancake he’s a guy I forgot to get his name 😅 he’s very friendly and always smiling when we ask for some pancakes . Just only one thing we observed that the hot drinks is always takes time to come and sometimes is double. Maybe the communication should make it more better,so not much thing needed to throw and the time much more efficient . I would like to thank to shariah and Jee Ann from breakfast hostess they greet us every morning when we go to the restaurant and ask us if everything is fine.The simple warmth greetings always make a day.They have kidsclub to offer so that you can bring your own kids to play or you can leave there for awhile. On our 3rd day we ask about late checkout in FO for our 5th day because we had a late night flight they requested it to the reservation agent to to ask the availability and the price. They tell us that we need to inquired it again on our 5th day they make a note for late checkout. So we go to FO on our last day ask about the late checkout, I think his name was Ronald he told us that they don’t have any information, we are disappointed because the communication in this hotel is not working. But thanks to Ronald that he helped us to make a late checkout and extend our stayed for a couple of hours. Of course you need to Pay for late checkout. About the our room was very nice sea view,but it’s much better if you booked it with sea view and you can see the Emirates palace view or City view. We jus thought if you book sea view its automatic that you see the Emirates palace view and sea view but it’s not you just see the pool view and sea view.

Our Room was impeccable. In the morning, we decided to have a light breakfast at ”The Lounge”: we ordered, among coffee and other items, a smoked salmon bagel, which was delicious and served by our host Osman, whose demanour, knowledge, and overall attitude and customer engagement was outstanding - six stars for him! One word about the smoked salmon bagel: as a bagel connoisseur, and despite the dish's excellent taste and presentation, I'd like to note that the dough used for the bagel is not the typical stiff, high protein, yeasted dogh normally used when baking bagels. I recommend to use the correct dough in the future, slightly toast the bagel before serving, and also add a bit more cream cheese as well as a sprig or two of dill - otherwise, the dish was top notch, and as I already mentioned, the service was exceptional!

KKawinradaThis is my second time staying at this hotel, and the service remains excellent! If you're driving, the staff offers valet parking, though there is a daily fee of 25. The rooms are good and even come with a washing machine. Both the housekeeping and front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall, everything was great, but there's no pool on-site. We had to use the pool at another hotel. Despite this, my overall experience was very positive.

*Room had adequate space, noticeable smell upon entering, smelling old room but looks clean and presentable.

GGuest UserWe booked this hotel knowing we wouldn't spend a lot of time in it and it would be a place to sleep. We found the things we wanted to see in Abu Dhabi were pretty spread out but this was central enough to it all. The hotel is located about 30 minutes from Zayed International Airport and Yas Island and about 15 minutes away from the Saadiyat Cultural District with all its museums and the Galleria area. There are some dining options and smaller stores nearby but it is a short drive away from some better options.
We booked a room with a king bed and had a good stay in it. The room was small but considering the price we felt it was well appointed with a mini fridge, coffee/tea station, small TV and a closet. The pillows were pretty comfy and we felt we had a good night's rest when we stayed. We booked a non smoking room and so did our cousin but it seems that despite what our booking website showed the smoking is allowed in many of the rooms. They did spray our room with a deodorizer before we got in and we felt it helped. There are enough plugs throughout the rooms and there was enough lighting even though it only came from the table side lamps. The area is very active and late into the night and my wife found it a bit noisy, had issues sleeping and needed to use ear plugs but I found it was quiet enough and had no issues falling asleep each night. We didn't need AC during our stay in February because our room was the right temperature for us but there was a thermostat on the wall.
The bathroom had lots of room and a good sized bath tub. The shower felt great and offered good pressure and plenty of steam. They had shower gel, shampoo and body lotion that are restocked each day. The ventilation could have been a bit stronger because the condensation from our steamy showers left the floor damp. Thankfully there is daily housekeeping to help with this issue.
There aren't any amenities at this hotel other than a small business centre. There are some restaurants nearby to grab a quick bite but we had to drive a bit to go to places we wanted to try. The parking nearby is all paid but is free between 11:00pm-8:00am and we were lucky our first night getting a spot right in front of the hotel with Unais' help but the second night we had to park about a block away. Parking costs 2 AED per hour but there are special rates for longer stays like 24 hours.
We felt this hotel was convenient for our stay in Abu Dhabi because we didn't want to spend a lot on a place we wouldn't spend much time in. This met our needs perfectly.
