"We had 1 night and enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It had convenient location near the airport, not busy roads. There is a park close to hotel, so you can go for a walk, play disc golf or golf. Everything was clean in the region, comfortable bed, pillows. Big thanks for the coffee machine in the lobby, delicious fresh coffee! Breakfast was good, they had beans which tasted good. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"The airport shuttle pick-up was quite smooth. I didn't even need to call the hotel, although I did wait about 20 minutes at the designated spot. I asked numerous shuttle drivers from different hotels because some shuttles came really frequently; I saw the DoubleTree Hilton shuttle and two other hotel shuttles at least twice each. It wasn't until the last driver kindly pointed out that the hotel name would be on the side of the vehicle that I realized. Everyone was helpful, though, and each driver carefully looked at the hotel business card I handed them. Check-in at the front desk was also reasonably quick. The room was standard, nothing special, but the air conditioning blew incredibly strong hot air. The gym on the first floor is 24/7, a bit small, but convenient enough for a quick run. As usual, there were no slippers or toothbrushes in the room. After half a month of traveling in Canada and staying at several hotels, I've grown accustomed to this."

"Hi there whoever is reading this comment please tighten your seatbelt because there’s a lot to know. First of all if you need something and you try to call the front desk or any other service , nobody will answer even if u try 1000 times. The coffee maker was not working in my room so I requested a lady who was cleaning the next room to kindly come and check and trust me I did this thrice but no one showed up. Horrible. Secondly their breakfast sucks… especially if you’re Indian. I wish I could have taken the pictures of the fruits which was not sliced and kept as a whole who does that? No good tea and coffee ,no items of chicken except sausages, nothing is good and it costed 25$ each for a bf buffet. Not worthy at all. Thirdly their hygiene, I wish I could have taken the picture of the plates and bowls kept there for breakfast. For a moment I thought it’s a used one but no. They were dirty and not washed properly. Last but not the least anyone who is booking this hotel ( especially an Indian) don’t waste your 25$ for breakfast instead go to a nearby Indian restaurant. There you will get good food. I regret so much staying here. This was our first time and it was a waste. We really expected a good time as it’s a big name but unfortunately it’s all just not worth it."

"The hotel itself was quite nice with a very convenient location for airport travelers. Although directly on the Pearson Airport landing runway flightpath, I found the constant planes flying VERY low overhead to be quite relaxing, though the window did rattle and shake sometimes. Unfortunately the pool was VERY cold and the hot tub was lukewarm with barely perceivable jets. The restaurant food was mediocre at best, but for airport travelers a very convenient stay."

"Holiday Inn Downtown Toronto is perfectly located at the heart of Toronto. Just nearby Yonge street which is the main street that passes thru Toronto and where all the main stores, restaurants, shops and attractions are located. In fact, it is also close to a big grocery Loblaws where you can get your food, toietries and souvenirs!!! We booked a Standard Double room via Trip for 2 night at just around 400 sgd. They allowed 4 adults here and surprisingly the Double beds were massive!!! We just took Uber from Union station but there are metro and trams the pass by here. Checkin was fast but they charge room deposits and for our 2 nights stay it was 100 cad. Our room was located at 12th floor and we have a view of Toronto’s skyline. The room was quite big at 18 sqm with breakfast and a bath tub nothing could get better than this for a 4 star hotel located at the heart of Toronto. The toilet is a bit small but enough to move around. They only offer plastic cups for toilet use and toothbrush is upon request. The towels are soft and clean and they gave us 4 sets. I loved their Dove toiletries hand wash, lotion, shampoo, body wash and conditioner - its the powdery classic scent of Dove. Water pressure is strong and heating works perfectly and easy to control. They have a huge Wooden Grey open warddrobe with lots of cabinets and compartments that holds the mini-fridge, safety lock, clothes hangers, and luggage compartment. Next is the mini-bar with coffee maker, 2 free bottled water and complimentary coffee capsules. The only comment I have is that not all guests drink coffee so you have to request Water Kettle for hot water or other hot drinks. They also serve only paper cups for this. Next is the big flat screen TV that has lots of local and cable channels. Wifi is also a bit fast. The best part of the room are the 2 double beds which can feet 2 adults and they provide 2 pillows each!! The blankets are thick, clean, soft and comfy!!! The mattress are perfectly firm and soft. The pillows are fluffy and soft!!! My godson loves Hilton bed so much so that he excitedly jumped on to the beds the moment he saw them. There are jacket hangers on the wall by the window and the window itself have blackout curtains and compartments. The hotel also has an indoor heated pool and a spa/fitness center. We never tried them due to our short span of time. Finally, other than our room the best part of our stay at Hilton is their breakfast buffet!! We look forward to it during morning and they offer the finest selections of Western breakfast like the bacons, saugages (my fave), potatoes, scramble eggs, french toast, assorted breads and pastries, fruits, yoghurt, cereals, assorted cheese, coffee/tea/milk/juices, beans, granolas to name a few. Seating by the Xmas tree is the perfect spot to have our breakfast at their THIRTY restaurant & lounge which has modern vibes and very cool dining!! Checkout is also fast and smooth!! So there you go Hilton Toronto Downtown center is the perfect place to stay for your Toronto adventures & escapades!!! "Upon entering the room, I was greeted by a personalized welcome message on the TV, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. The room was quiet, and breakfast was available for an extended period. Plus, having 24-hour coffee and hot water downstairs was a great convenience. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip."

"The hotel is very close to the train station, 12 min walk. Room had a very comfortable bed but was a little cramped. Bathroom was ok. The only negative was the in room tv local channels must have been streamed, and were unwatchable due to the constant streaming refresh. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Would use again."

"The staff were friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately one toilet wasn't working properly in the suite and there was no hot water in the other washroom. I did not want it fixed during my stay but they made sure I was comfortable otherwise. Breakfast was tasty and there were a variety of options for all dietary needs."
