I recently had the pleasure of staying at Haitian hotel , and I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service and hospitality I received during my stay. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and efficient check-in process. The staff were friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the extra touches. The hotel's facilities, including [the gym, pool, restaurant], were excellent, and I appreciated the attention to detail and commitment to quality. What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. It is a very spacious and well equipped modern apartment, the May Square is just a 4 min. walk away, on from which one can explore the rest of the harbor area, including the Olympic sailing facilities. Also, the famous Mixc Mall is just a 5 min. walk away, with plenty of shops and restaurants. Professional staff ready to assist.

Our one night stay at the MGM hotel was a wonderful experience. From check-in to check-out, they did everything they could to make our family's stay comfortable. We registered for WECHAT and had no problem communicating even though we were non-speaking tourists. I was especially impressed with the staff member who attended to us, Ms. SUZY, who checked on our children and provided gifts for them. In addition, she fulfilled our personal requests perfectly. I highly recommend this hotel and Ms. SUZY.

WOW WOW WOW! The location is perfect and easy to access using Metro Train as the nearest station is across the road. This is really handy because you can travel to a lot of key attractions in Qingdao. The reception is clean and a mix of modern and tradition design. We arrived at night so didn't take advantage of the free coffee. Check-in was really quick and simple, the staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was beyond my expectations, spacious and everything you need to relax and enjoy. But the balcony, if you can this is only room to book because the view day and night is unforgettable with the city lights before 10pm and the seaview sunrise in the morning. It truly is something special to be shared with your loved one. A small fruit bowl was there on arrival and every night you are provided with local like snacks. The shower head pressure was like a water massager - really relaxing with a dual handheld shower head available. They provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, shavers, and comb - I think I need to travel more! One cool highlight is that with one press of a button all the lights were off and curtains automatically closed. We opted for Buffet Breakfast which had a huge range of options but I warn you - manage your portion control. It was really had because the food was fresh and delicious. This is the only place I will be staying at my next visit to Qingdao.

All good except the staff is unwilling to assist in booking taxi, as the app requires Wechat pay, but we don't have. We ask the staff to help in booking, the staff insisted that they cannot have monetary involvement with guest. While I recognize the importance of following the rules, however it must see what kind of thing to follow. I don't think assist guest in taxi booking is a big big problem.

A very pleasant surprise. First of all, the design style of this hotel is very high-end Chinese style. I am not very fond of this style, but I like the design of this hotel. Whether it is the guest room, lobby, front desk, restaurant or elevator, the decoration is very sophisticated. All kinds of traditional details are just right, and all kinds of Chinese elements are very beautiful. The service of the staff is also very good. The hotel is very cost-effective. In addition, the housekeeper lrina's service is also very warm and meticulous. Thank you. This hotel is much better than the MGM next door.

The location was very convenient, literally walking-distance to subway or bus stations. It's also close to the church and there are lots of food stores nearby. The check-in process for foreigners are easy and simple. The price is very affordable (we've stayed here for 4D3N for 720rmb, includes breakfast for 3 days and a coffee voucher can be taken at the reception desk). The room was small, but it's enough since we weren't staying at the hotel all day. The amenities are complete as listed on Trip.com . The minibars are free as well (including the ones on the fridge). Recommended hotel if you're visiting Qingdao!

I chose the old Seaview Garden Hotel in Qingdao for a temporary business trip. The service is good. There is a receptionist who will send it to the room to introduce the facilities and services. The housekeeper will contact me at any time to provide help. There are free fruits and drinks in the room. The guest supplies are also very comfortable. I have stayed in many local hotels in Qingdao. Seaview is first-class in this aspect and is willing to give guests more enjoyment. Before leaving the hotel, I found that the car was also wiped by them. This is a very pleasant service. Some suggestions are given to them. The welcome tea is too formal. It is just ordinary black tea. It is not good to drink and is not warm. It is more suitable for this season to use a paper cup to have a ginger tea or grapefruit tea. The front desk can deliver it without wasting manpower; in addition, the sound insulation of the room is average. You can choose a sound insulation strip to block it. There are many styles online. . Overall, the flaws do not cover the merits and it deserves full marks. The key is that Seaview sincerely wants to give more to customers. I will choose it again in the future.

Around 10 min walk to the train station of B2 exit Room: interior all well maintained looks new. Everyday if you opt for room cleaning they do provide fruits and cucumbers nice! They also provide you a place to hang your laundry! Super good.
