"I have to praise the attention to detail at this hotel! The room had USB charging ports, excellent blackout curtains, and complimentary bottled water and small snacks – so thoughtful! The bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation, and the hot water supply was prompt and consistently warm. The best part was the soundproofing; despite the bustling street outside, the room was incredibly quiet. The receptionist was beautiful and provided excellent service; she even helped call a taxi at check-out – a truly exceptional experience!"

"A particularly pleasant stay experience, the young lady at the front desk was very good, and the room type was upgraded. The room was very large and the sound insulation was very good. Basically, I couldn't hear any additional sound, so I slept very comfortably. The service of the whole hotel was particularly attentive. From the manager taking us to the underground parking lot to the hotel service staff, we placed a foot wash bucket in the room to let the guests who returned to the store to soak their feet after the tour, this is really intimate. The hotel parking space is actually very sufficient. You can basically park in the ground parking lot when you come back early, and you can park in the underground when you return late. It was really delicious to send ice cream before check-in. I gave a souvenir when I checked out. I ate and took it again, hahahaha. Really recommended!!"

"Traveled to Xinjiang with friends, and we stayed at Atour for our last two nights. This Atour hotel seemed quite new, and the overall facilities were excellent, exceeding my expectations. The only minor surprise was finding beverages (Atour's black and green tea) in the mini-fridge. One of the bottles appeared to have been opened and partially consumed by a previous guest, and it was surprisingly still left in the fridge. Fortunately, we noticed it right away, called the front desk, and a staff member promptly came to replace it with fresh ones. The hotel's laundry service was excellent. They have staff who oversee the washing machines, and once your clothes are done, they even fold them neatly and deliver them to your room door. This thoughtful service truly adds a lot of convenience for guests. Finally, I must mention that the hotel breakfast was quite good, offering a wide variety of options. They also replenished the food promptly, which is a big plus, unlike some hotels where choices dwindle for guests who come to eat later."

"First, let's talk about the location. It's diagonally opposite the south entrance of Yining Six Star Street. You can easily walk there via a nearby underpass, which is great as it keeps you away from the noise of the commercial district. The room facilities were surprisingly smart throughout – even the toilet was electric (seemed like an Arrow brand). The central air conditioning also cooled very well, and the amenities were very comprehensive, including toilet seat sanitizing wipes and even laundry detergent. Overall, it's significantly better than hotels of the same caliber in first-tier cities in mainland China. It's a shame I was only transiting through Yining; otherwise, staying a couple more days would have been perfect. The security guard was very helpful. Breakfast was decent, and my child absolutely loved the beef noodles. My time was too limited to take many photos of the room."

"I stayed in two rooms for three consecutive days. Let me start with the issues. The hotel's service isn't up to par with such high standards, and the staff's awareness is still at the level of a small hotel. 1. I discovered the shampoo was empty while showering. I called for a bottle six times, and it finally arrived after a 40-minute delay. 2. The next night, when I returned to my room, I found the teacups and other items on the table completely disorganized and untied. The coffee machine hadn't been cleaned and was still disassembled. Fortunately, the manager on duty was very friendly and handled the situation appropriately. 3. The next morning, the parking QR code suddenly stopped working. The front desk told me to pay first and then add WeChat for reimbursement. When I left that morning, I took a screenshot of the payment information and shared it with the hotel. Finally, around 10 PM, after repeated inquiries, someone transferred the reimbursement. It's understandable that a new hotel would have issues, but for a Hilton-affiliated hotel to rush into a project with such limited training, is it ill-considered and would damage its brand value? Finally, let's discuss the positives. The room hardware meets Hilton Home Suite standards, including a microwave, a small, recyclable sink, and a cutting board, living up to the apartment's aesthetic. The bedding and consumables are standard Hilton brands. The washer and dryer are large and well-equipped, and the gym is well-equipped. The service details in these areas are excellent, with a full complement of spare parts. The fruit plate provided for members upon check-in is average. Overall, I would still choose Hilton Home Suites again, but I hope the service level can be improved to match."

IIcingcandyWe stayed at Hilton Hampton Yining for one night. The hotel is clean and new, we really like the smart technology used in the rooms - like the automatic blinds system and the ability to open a window for fresh air if you feel like it. Otherwise the aircon is perfect and allows you to adjust the temperatures according to your liking. This is a rare find when some hotels set the temperature centrally. We had to travel to Nalati the next day, but as we visited during off peak season the tour buses didn’t operate. 小妮 Julie and the team from the front desk helped us arrange a private ride , this really helped us with our travels! Thank you. We liked the breakfast offering a variety of meal options, the drinks in the atrium are also great. We enjoyed the stay.

QQingjiaowohuahuayaNewly opened hotels don't have a distinct atmosphere, but the owner's dedication is immediately apparent upon arrival. I was eager to extend my stay after checking in. This was my first time staying in an all-female youth hostel. Apart from the two male owners, there was no one else in the entire place. They were very discreet and stayed away from the rooms unless they were helping the girls carry their suitcases to the stairs. It felt very safe, especially the owner's wife, who was incredibly cute. Chongqing people are incredibly lively when they chat. Speaking of the room, the bed was perfectly made and didn't creak. I slept through it until after 1:00 PM on my first day. It was a fantastic sleep, and the first thing I did when I woke up was to extend my lease. I absolutely loved it.

The room was spacious and bright, with a minimalist decor, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable! The room was equipped with an air purifier, a mini-fridge, and even a bathroom scale! I forgot my charger, and upon learning this, the front desk promptly sent up a spare one – a truly thoughtful gesture that I greatly appreciated. Furthermore, the hotel offers a wide array of complimentary facilities, including a 24-hour gym and laundry room. As someone who exercises regularly, this was a huge plus! The hotel's breakfast spread was extensive and diverse, featuring both local Yili specialties and Western options like bread and coffee. Beyond that, the hotel's service team was truly exceptional. Especially Alice at the front desk and the restaurant staff, who consistently maintained a smile and patience, proactively offering assistance. I would absolutely stay here again!

The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the cozy bed, which made for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right. On top of that, the staff were so helpful—they took the time to guide me on how to get around the city and even recommended fantastic places to eat at night. This hotel truly exceeds 5-star standards. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

FFreddy LubinThis was a wonderful stay, from beginning to end. The welcome we received at the desk made us feel at home, and the women there did everything they could to make our stay comfortable, and to help us with the small problems we had with our trip. I can't say enough about the staff. The room was great, and the breakfast had all we could want, including some options for western tastes. The location is great, 15 minutes from the six star area, and street food everywhere we look. We were also allowed an extra two hours to wait for our flight. All in all a great choice. Thank you again to the staff.
