"It's 8-10 minutes away from the station. There are small shops, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. It's not a busy place, but it feels safe to go in and out. There are 4 stations away from the central points such as St. Mary's Square. The one-way fare is 4.1 euros, so I walked for about 30 minutes.

"The place was comfortable and clean, but a bit run down. For the price, I think it's adequate. The only issue is the service, as we had very different experiences. When we arrived, we were treated excellently, but when we left, the service left much to be desired.

The hardware is almost five-star standard, no doubt about it.
The breakfast is also very plentiful and perfect.
Free parking is available nearby.
The only problem is the front desk staff is incompetent.
They desperately need training. I contacted them multiple times beforehand to request five twin beds, but when I arrived they said there were only three, leaving me with nothing. After half an hour of haggling, they said there was a disabled twin bed on the ground floor. Finally, they resolved the issue. Otherwise, I would have given it a zero. Thankfully, the ground floor has a high ceiling, which is a plus."

"Rooms are new and clean, comfy beds and great facilities. Only problem is the wifi. Depending on where your room is. First 2 nights got a corner attic room and couldnt get the wifi at all, in fact i had to connect to the wifi of the hotel loewe which is ridiculous because that hotel wifi router is further than the router of the hotel. Feel like im not the only one who complained about it.
Also, if you arrive after 11pm, you have to go to the partner hostel on the other street just to get the passcode to enter. I dont understand why they cant email or message us the code, its just a 4 digit number. Have contacted trip.com customer to call them to check and they said no alternative.. Unique to each customer yes, but not like we're going to share the code with people we're travelling with? Need a better system for this"

"Everything was ok except that there’s no air conditioning in the room. Informed reception but they said there is aircon (couldn’t feel any wind at all) and we can’t adjust the temp and it’s different from the US aircon system where we can adjust as we wish. It’s honestly very stifling in the room and we were perspiring while sleeping, even waking up in the middle of the night because it’s too warm. Opening the window doesn’t help because there’s no wind at all and it’s also pretty warm out there. Winter would probably be good space to stay in but definitely not in the rest of the seasons"

LLilydantaThis hotel is super conveniently located right near the main train station, making it easy to get around. They offer free luggage storage, which is a big plus. The room was clean and well-equipped, with complimentary bottled water and even a capsule coffee machine. The lobby was a nice touch too, providing guests with lemon water, grapefruit water, candies, cookies, and green apples. Plus, there's a DM pharmacy and a supermarket right next door. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserWe received excellent service at this hotel during our check in provided by Aaryan. Aaryan helped guide us into the parking garage, was super friendly and got us a room in the main tower where there was an elevator to use (despite our booking in the less expensive annex room). He even offered to provide us suggestions for the sunny weather during our stay in Munich and made sure to say hello and check in on us each time we saw it. It was natural and friendly customer service.
The hotel is a little older and has some interesting decor. The room had a futon couch, a good bed, desk area, coffee/tea station, closet, mini fridge (with some pop and water you could pay for), an iPod dock, a good sized TV, and plenty of counter space to put our things. They provided gummy bears and a couple of cookies in our room too which was nice. The bed was comfy for me and the hotel can provide more bedding or pillows on request. We felt the cleanliness could have been better as our tea cups were a bit dirty.
The bathroom was interesting with two stools but really a place to put them. The shower was not our favourite with no door or shower curtain and the glass was not enough to keep the water in. There is an all in one shampoo/body wash that was ok. The towels were a little thin and could use replacement.
The cost of the hotel was good and we felt it was a decent location. It is a bit far from the main attractions of Munich but it has good public transport access including the nearby central station which is less than 10 minutes away from the hotel. There are a few restaurants and convenience stores by the hotel that are open quite late and there are some Bavarian/Oktoberfest souvenir stores nearby. I felt safe walking around alone at night to get a late night doner.
The breakfast at the hotel is pretty good with a good variety of food including deli meats, cheeses, bread, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee and tea. There was lots of seating available including some artsy chairs.
There is limited parking at this hotel and it is very tight so we are glad we rented a compact. If you choose to park here you have to go in to see reception so they can open the door and guide you to your spot. It may also be recommended to contact the hotel in advance to reserve a spot. The front desk initially said it was 20 euros for parking but charged us 22. There are other parkades nearby but due to the construction in the area we felt there was convenient having the car parked at the hotel.

MMrG734The hotel’s location was excellent, making it easy to access the rest of Munich. The room was basic but comfortable. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, definitely worth the price. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Their restaurant was nice, but I felt it was a bit pricey for the quality of the food.

Jj_cdUpon arriving at the hotel in the morning, we dropped off our luggage and went out. We returned at the scheduled check-in time of 2 PM, only to find our room in complete disarray and not yet cleaned. After showing photos to the front desk, they immediately arranged for housekeeping. We had to wait for about an hour for the room to be ready. However, Tsira Patsuria at the front desk handled the situation exceptionally well. She offered us tea and pastries while we waited and apologized, explaining that it was Oktoberfest and there was a high volume of guests checking in. She also kindly waived the charges for the draft beer and the snacks in our room. The hotel is very close to the main train station, making it convenient for getting around. The suite was spacious, and the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of cheese and salmon, just what I like. I would definitely consider staying here again.

AAKADAI stayed here on New Year's Eve.
I had heard that the New Year's fireworks in Munich never stopped, so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to sleep, but the room was very quiet and airtight, so I was able to sleep peacefully.
It's a very unique and interesting hotel, but it was disappointing that the bed was expensive and difficult to use, and that there were no slippers or bathrobes. Other than that, I think it was good.

GGuest UserI stayed only for one night! I didn't stay long enough! The service was good! It was very comfortable! Clean and the breakfast was good😌. The attractions in Munich are relatively close! It's very close to the Charlie Post and nearby hotels! You can also go there for business trips. It's a few steps to the subway station, and it's also good to go to the University of Munich! You can eat the famous pork knuckles in a few steps!

\\O_O/Given the comments I read from other travellers, the hotel actually has far exceeded my expectation. First of all, there is a U-bahn station right next to the hotel, which takes you only 2 minutes to the central station. The room is spacious, clean and air-conditioned, which is rather rare among other hotels in Germany. It also comes with a large window, which makes the entire room bright and cosy. The front-desk service is 24 hours. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
