"Charming and fashionable hotel. The room is tidy and clean. Unfortunately, the lady with glasses at the front desk at night Seems not like anyone.We Have made two rooms Reservation and then I gave her our passport.“I can't do this at the same time, I have to do it one by one.”she never look at you when she talks.But none of us require her To make the reservation at the same time！When we got the key and go to the elevator. Suddenly she rushed out and said “stop. I'm not finished.The breakfast is from six thirty.” I have visit german for more than ten times this Several years. This is my first time heard someone said “stop.”To the clients. That's very rude behavior. And is Unacceptable.It's 2023 now,Whatever the race 、the skin colour people are. As a client, As a person.they should be well treated.After 17 hours flight to German.I think anyone who gave others a terrible feeling Should feel shamed. "This hotel is located just outside the city center, right next to a metro station, and directly across from Olympic Park. It's only one metro stop away from the BMW Museum. The breakfast is quite good, with a wide variety of options. The room bedding is clean and high quality. The toilet and shower are separate. Our room faced Olympic Park, and we could see the TV tower. I recommend requesting a higher floor for better views. The hotel service is also good, and there's a large underground parking garage. It's convenient to take the metro to the old town. The only downside is that the supermarkets are a bit far, about 700 meters away."

"Such a lovely place to stay! Highly recommended for travelers. It’s walkable from Munich Central Station, which makes it very convenient. The only drawback is that the locality may not be ideal for families with kids. On the bright side, you can even find nice souvenirs at the nearby supermarket."

"The room was pretty small for 3 people, we only stayed for one night so it was an enough space for one night. Service was great throughout although we had to check out on 10:30AM max - I wish it could have been later. Location is excellent - next to train station, expect train noises but mostly we slept through the noises. No air conditioning but the window can be opened for a breeze of air. You get what you pay with the price which is a good deal!"

"This family room is really big - 2 rooms linking together, each room has 1 bathroom as well. Came to hotel a little early after long haul flight - although need to wait for nearly an hour staff were friendly and tried to arrange cleaning the room quickly. Breakfast were good with variety of choices. 5 minutes walk from Messestadt West Metro station and a big shopping mall with many restaurants and supermarkets next to the station. My daughters were happy with the stay."

"I was genuinely surprised to find such spacious accommodation in Munich. The bed was quite large, and the amenities were complete and modern. It's conveniently located near the train station, offering easy access to transport and a wide variety of dining options. Highly recommended for anyone who needs it."

"Check-in was a breeze as my family and I could check in an hour earlier than the stipulated check in time. However the service agent was not quite the most pleasant, he seems to be on a bad day. Amenities wise, does have a gym and an awesome breakfast. But was a little disappointed when most of the TV channels were all in German (especially for an international brand like Hilton, one would expect more English channels). Room wise was ok, standard what you would expect when booking a Hilton product. Was hoping for a sauna room in the cold winter, but didn’t get it (oh wells. No worries)."

"Best location easily to access by tram 16,17 from Munich Central station. Friendly staffs especially Aubdullah and a man whom was working on morning of July.28th.(Can not remember his nsme) but the cleaning man whom work with room 015 not nice speaking he like to shout from the door to people inside room before 10 am.that ...Check out,Check out..no respect ! On my second day only me in bedroom after 10am.he shouting to me ..check out,Check out I said I am here 4 nights. He just left but never say sorry. Also had dirty space in bedroom I asked him to vacuum He said tomorrow,. Another dislike is very very dirty kitchen I was never see in any hostel before, flooded sink never fix. Too Small space , also not completely stuffs for cooking"

"It was very close to Nymphenburg Palace, so I chose this one. It was built in 1986 (the weather vane of the roof can see the year). It was converted from a residential building, so there is no air conditioning (no German air-conditioned residential buildings). The room is small, with a fan, a small fridge and no electric kettle. If you have large luggage or a large guest, you may feel that the room is too small and it is not convenient to turn around. The hotel itself is in a residential area, so it takes a few streets to walk through the S1 (Laim station) or the tram 16/17 and the bus 51. There are edeka supermarkets around 7 or 8 minutes from the hotel. It is only a 5-minute walk from Nymphenburg Palace, and it is a good choice to spend the weekend there. The nearby Michelin restaurant schwaige nymphenburg is also great, and it is often full at dinner. "I originally reserved a one-person room but the hostel upgraded me to a family room instead. The location is perfect as it's next to the central station of Munich but it might bothers if you are a light sleeper, since it's too near the train station, there are noise around during the midnight as well (to me, it's fine). Staff are nice and they do speak English!"
