JJAY DOUGLASI had stayed several times in a hostel, though over 50. I had an overall great experience here. The service was solid, the room as good as I might expect with easy to use lockers. Close to the train station and a 15 minute walk from Old Town. The only problem was excessive comradeship that kept me awake along with a snoring roommate. Bring your earplugs!

AAnonymous UserExcellent location on a safe and quiet street, 1-min walk from the famous glamorous Maximilian Street in central Munich! Check-in can be at the lobby's device or online via email before you arrive. I appreciate the coffee and vending machine, as well as the friendly, personable service and help from the staff: Nano and Uwe. Thank you!

__adjan101The hotel is very close to the train station which is a bonus and there are numerous restaurants close-by. The hotel has a social room downstairs which a nice to have. The Old Town is also not too far away, about a 20min walk away.
During our stay there was a miscommunication between the cleaning staff and reception where we came back one evening and found all our luggage packed up in the reception, but they did make it up to us with a couple of free drinks.

GGuest UserWe made a last-minute reservation for a 1 night stay. It was easy to find and easy to check-in. However, because this was an expected trip, there was a problem with the payment. We solved it when we went back after a long day. However, they have locked us out of our room WITHOUT even a phone call! They just locked our cards without a warning. It was a pity because everything else was perfect.

GGuest UserIt is quite hard to find a hotel in Central Munich for a reasonable price. Most rooms with private bathroom were ＞£100 per night. Therefore I was delighted to find this as a last minute option for £60 per night.
I had room 203, huge with an unfurnished balcony and sleeps 4 in a king plus bunk beds.
I found the room to be excellent, the area not so great, which is expected around a city's Central Railway Station.
Wifi Strong, good TV stations, clean and comfortable. Recommended if you need this location.

Hotel’s on the second floor, it could be a little confusing for some people, but it has a huge sign that says hotel. Lobby staff was nice and very helpful. All in all, it was ok

Hot water kettle ,tea , coffee only available at lobby.
Small room but enough for us slimbodies.
Tv can cast from your phone (wireless connection).
Wifi is patchy, can be weak in my room #4xx

KKenzie ZhouIt’s comfortable and clean, location is also good with groceries and coffee shop. But I didn’t receive the check-in email so I can’t get in my room. And I try to find a reception but there’s no reception, I tried to call them but nobody answered, I tried email but they replied slowly. Finally I call the emergency number then I can check in. It’s a good place but not a very nice check in experience.

ʜʜᴏᴘᴄɪᴛᴀ ᴛʀᴀᴠᴇʟʟɪɴɢ ᴛʜᴇ ᴡᴏʀʟᴅ ♡The person who checked us in at night was very nice! Very carefully explained how to use the password lock and how to drive the car into the underground parking lot. The room was OK and clean. My dad and I both brought large luggage and it was no problem to open it up in the room. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas. Although it was small, it did not affect the use!
I don’t know why in the morning, we booked a room with breakfast for two people, but it didn’t show up at the front desk. Later, we took out our booking email to the front desk, and it said that each room includes breakfast for two guests. However, the lady at the front desk said that the room price we booked should only include breakfast for one person... Anyway, in order to save trouble, we paid for breakfast for one person on the spot 🤷♀️
I think the breakfast is pretty good! There are so many varieties! And the mint tea they prepared was delicious!
There is a gas station next to the hotel, and there is a Norma supermarket a few hundred meters behind it, which is quite convenient!
The hotel has an underground parking lot with a very narrow entrance. We parked there for one night and paid 10 Euros, which I think is ok! At least it saves you the trouble of finding a parking space!

GGuest UserDifficult to find, poorly identified. Not provided with 2 twin beds as described, was 1 queen bed with two sets of sheets. No cookware provided despite having a hot plate top. Private bathroom was clean and adequate. No towels provided. No reception to check in with or ask questions too. No luggage storage available. Wouldn’t stay again, and certainly not by myself as a female traveller. For one night was adequate at best.
