Excellent location on a safe and quiet street, 1-min walk from the famous glamorous Maximilian Street in central Munich! Check-in can be at the lobby's device or online via email before you arrive. I appreciate the coffee and vending machine, as well as the friendly, personable service and help from the staff: Nano and Uwe. Thank you!

We made a last-minute reservation for a 1 night stay. It was easy to find and easy to check-in. However, because this was an expected trip, there was a problem with the payment. We solved it when we went back after a long day. However, they have locked us out of our room WITHOUT even a phone call! They just locked our cards without a warning. It was a pity because everything else was perfect.

Check-in went smoothly, staff very friendly, The room was cleaned daily, coffee capsules for the coffee machine were refilled daily, all in all very clean.

This was a great base to explore Munich. The staff were great. The room was perfect for a family room. There was a luggage room to store our cases before we caught the train. Perfect hotel for our trip.
