"This hotel is incredibly close to the airport, right across from it. I stayed on the eighth floor, and the soundproofing was decent, but it couldn't block out the motorbike noise. The service was generally good. However, there was a slight sewer smell coming from the bathroom, and the hairdryer's power was a bit weak. They offer in-room massage services, but you have to go to the front desk to pay by card immediately after your massage. The pool is shallow, with live music by the poolside, and it's quite enjoyable for a swim, but it closes at 8 PM, so you have to make the most of it. Also, despite being close to the airport (about a 20-minute walk), the pedestrian walkways aren't very convenient; you often encounter obstacles that force you onto the road. Taking a taxi would be a better option."

"I had a great stay at Hotel 101-Manila. The location is excellent—very convenient and accessible, especially since it’s close to SM Mall of Asia and other key spots in the area. The staff were also very accommodating and responsive to requests, which made the stay even more comfortable. Check-in and other assistance were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it’s a good choice for anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and well-located hotel in Manila. I would definitely consider staying here again."

"Location wise hotel is accessible to any airport but most to NAIA Terminal 3 since it is just a walking distance via the runway to newport vice versa. Since our flight the next day will be at 10:30pm, i requested for late check out until 2PM only. Actually I expected until 4PM but it is based on availability since it was granted to us 2 weeks ago. The hotel provided 2 bottles of water but it is lacking for us. There is Lawson convenience store downstairs & walkable Mcdo. We availed of breakfast but the food werre same all thoughout my stays before."

"It's my first time to checked in with this hotel,but I got sad and frightened because when I checked the pillows on my room,I saw a blood on my pillow,it's really disgusting, so I call the front desk and tell him about the blood on the pillow.And he tells that he'll gonna ask the housekeeping to change it for me.This should be taking care of because in the first place,housekeeping can check it because they change pillows every room when they clean.They couldn't say that they didn't saw it,because the blood on the pillow was big,I think its a kind of laziness, because with their laziness, the hotel was seen things that would bear from the customers to go back again to their hotels.I think it was new,but why housekeeping don't do their job as good as to gove the people checking in feels comfortable and could would keep their minds that this hotel is capable to recommend to friends and relatives.I hope the management should take actions on this and be alert on their housekeeping because of their laziness,the hotels guests will get fewer and fewer.Thank you."

"The room we booked was too tiny. Din expect the room can accommodate 2 person, as described. There is literally not enough space on the bed itself. What should be a queen size bed is only a super single plus bed size. We had to curls our legs while sleeping. We requested for drinking water but the receptionist said we only entitled to 2 drinking water once. We stayed for 2 nights there. That was quite a small favour to ask normally every other accommodation would provide that. Another significant downside is the noise! It’s really noisy even 3 in the morning because of the location and room that we were given is facing the main road and pedestrians bridge. Last but maybe the most regret we had to face is the room is blazing hot. At noon the room was directly facing the burning sun light not even the blinder could cover it. I have proof in the photos where our room was filled with sun during mid day. If I can find something good about our stay maybe the elevator and WiFi that actually works. Good job on that. Aside from that, Definitely won’t be coming back here again."

"My 2-night stay in Manila was truly a story for the absurd. When I checked into room #4008 at 8 PM on April 9th, everything seemed normal. However, on the morning of April 10th at 8 AM, since I had booked two nights – the first in a standard room and the second in a queen room – I packed all my clothes neatly, ready for the cleaning staff to transfer my personal belongings later that afternoon. I was a bit worried at the time, so I even took a photo of my folded clothes as proof (please see attachment). At 9 AM on April 10th, I went to the front desk and explained my situation. They assigned me a new room, #2010. I specifically asked them to help transfer my clothes from room #4008 to my new room. The young woman at the reception said, “Okay, sure.” When I returned from work at the factory at 6:00 PM on April 10th and entered room #2010, getting ready for an evening party, I discovered that the clothes I needed to change into were missing. I immediately rushed to the front desk to inquire. Initially, they were hesitant and evasive, but after my persistent questioning, they admitted that due to an internal communication error, my clothes had been treated as miscellaneous items and disposed of by their staff. Naturally, I was not satisfied with this answer and demanded an internal investigation. After all, the items I left were neatly folded and placed on hangers – clean clothes and shoes – there was no reason for them to be treated as trash. As I continued to discuss with them, they asked an irritating question: “Who did you tell at the front desk when you gave them the task on the morning of April 10th?” In my opinion, with numerous cameras at the hotel’s front desk and check-in records for staff, identifying which staff member made the mistake (or oversight) should be an internal responsibility of the hotel, not something an overseas guest should have to figure out. After about 15 minutes of discussion, they finally located some of my clothes with the housekeeping team and asked me to wait in my room. So I waited in my room from 7:00 PM until 7:30 PM until the service staff brought my bag of clothes. Upon checking, 6-7 items were still missing. Due to the repeated hassle and the lack of proper attire, attending the evening party was clearly out of the question. However, continuing to argue with the hotel staff seemed fruitless, so my companion and I simply went to a nearby mall for a quick dinner. When I returned after dinner at 9:10 PM and opened my room, thankfully, I finally received the remaining bag of clothes..."

"Location is great. Very accesible from terminal 3. Free shuttle service from Terminal 3 to the hotel vv is available. Staffs are hospitable as well. They have this express check out where in you can just drop your room keys before you leave the hotel. You don’t need to go to the counter."

"Location is good. Service valet and parking area not good. they don't even help you get luggage or things. Paid late check out which is normal but reception didn't inform me the key card will not work at all and need security guard to open the room. I only found out 2 hours before my check out as I am out the whole time and had a lot of last minute errands when I arrived I can't open the room and I had things with me and needed to go down again and tell them. I mean no point to have your key card if U cant open the room anymore."
