"We recently stayed at Savoy Hotel in Pasay and booked two rooms for our first visit. I made the reservation through Trip.com on the same day, and luckily there were still rooms available with early check-in. The hotel is very close to the terminal 3, which made our stay especially convenient since my uncle had a flight to the USA the next day. We only stayed for one night, but it helped us avoid the stress of rushing to the airport. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of food. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool, and we all had a comfortable and restful sleep. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back."

"I stayed at Hotel Sogo for 5 nights and 4 days during my convention at SMX. Overall, my stay was comfortable and convenient. The hotel is near SMX, which made it easy for me to travel to and from the convention. The room was clean and organized. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well. The staff were polite and helpful whenever I had questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and fast. The place felt safe and quiet, which helped me rest after long convention days. The food was okay and affordable. The hotel is also near malls and restaurants, which was very convenient. Overall, Hotel Sogo is a good choice if you are attending an event at SMX and want an affordable and accessible place to stay. I would recommend it for short or work-related stays."

"The hotel is not bad overall. However, during check-in we asked about the massage service. The administrator told us to come back in two hours to make a reservation. When we returned, we were informed that there were no available slots and that we had to book online. However, there was no information about online booking for massages on the website. This service was very important to us, as we had a long flight and only an 8-hour stay."

"My 2-night stay in Manila was truly a story for the absurd. When I checked into room #4008 at 8 PM on April 9th, everything seemed normal. However, on the morning of April 10th at 8 AM, since I had booked two nights – the first in a standard room and the second in a queen room – I packed all my clothes neatly, ready for the cleaning staff to transfer my personal belongings later that afternoon. I was a bit worried at the time, so I even took a photo of my folded clothes as proof (please see attachment). At 9 AM on April 10th, I went to the front desk and explained my situation. They assigned me a new room, #2010. I specifically asked them to help transfer my clothes from room #4008 to my new room. The young woman at the reception said, “Okay, sure.” When I returned from work at the factory at 6:00 PM on April 10th and entered room #2010, getting ready for an evening party, I discovered that the clothes I needed to change into were missing. I immediately rushed to the front desk to inquire. Initially, they were hesitant and evasive, but after my persistent questioning, they admitted that due to an internal communication error, my clothes had been treated as miscellaneous items and disposed of by their staff. Naturally, I was not satisfied with this answer and demanded an internal investigation. After all, the items I left were neatly folded and placed on hangers – clean clothes and shoes – there was no reason for them to be treated as trash. As I continued to discuss with them, they asked an irritating question: “Who did you tell at the front desk when you gave them the task on the morning of April 10th?” In my opinion, with numerous cameras at the hotel’s front desk and check-in records for staff, identifying which staff member made the mistake (or oversight) should be an internal responsibility of the hotel, not something an overseas guest should have to figure out. After about 15 minutes of discussion, they finally located some of my clothes with the housekeeping team and asked me to wait in my room. So I waited in my room from 7:00 PM until 7:30 PM until the service staff brought my bag of clothes. Upon checking, 6-7 items were still missing. Due to the repeated hassle and the lack of proper attire, attending the evening party was clearly out of the question. However, continuing to argue with the hotel staff seemed fruitless, so my companion and I simply went to a nearby mall for a quick dinner. When I returned after dinner at 9:10 PM and opened my room, thankfully, I finally received the remaining bag of clothes..."

"We had a great stay in this hotel. The staff were so accommodatjng & helpful. I love the room because it is big and the bed is so comfy. The sheets and towels are white & new. Everyday they cleaned our room. Definitely, I would book again in this hotel."

"Comfortable & Quiet Layover Stay in Manila ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ -I stayed at Yamato Hostel during a layover in Manila, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. The location is very convenient, just a short drive from the airport, which made the whole transit experience much less stressful. The hostel itself has a clean, minimalist Japanese-inspired design that gives it a calm and relaxing atmosphere. After a long flight, it was the perfect place to unwind. The rooms are simple but comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated how quiet the environment was—it really helped me get proper rest before my next flight. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in smooth even at odd hours. The facilities, especially the bathrooms, were spotless and felt more like a hotel than a typical hostel. One thing to note is that the area isn’t very lively, so it’s not the best spot if you’re looking to explore or go out. However, for a layover, that actually worked in my favor since I just wanted a peaceful place to recharge. Overall, Yamato Hostel is a great choice for travelers in transit—clean, quiet, and conveniently located. I’d definitely stay here again for another layover."

"Suite Room with two queen beds,- Spacious , ok for a three-star hotel. However, having checked-in a Suite room I did not expect very old towels that has coloured gray not white anymore. No hair dryer. Bathroom ok but sink need more cleaning in corners. hallway carpets need updating. Great city- view ( room 1104). Close to shops, pharmacy , jollibee and chowking downstairs. Staff are approachable and very attentive except for one lady staff at the desk when I checked in (4 am, April 11), who was so engrossed with her computer and let me wait for several minutes without even looking at me to say “ please wait” or at least acknowledge my oresence.. Security guards are all very helpful they deserve recogition."
