"I really enjoyed my stay, the host was very welcoming, carried my suitcase upstairs for me and a offering of fruit on arrival. The pool was clean and lobby/lounge area was great, i managed to get my work done in a cool carm environment. The room was clean and had a working fan and air-conditioning. Also TV works with Netflix and YouTube. The only thing I would say is the fridge didn't get very cold, other than that it was a great stay and would definitely stay again."

"Had an amazing experience here! The hotel staff is very friendly and are always happy to help. The woman helped me with my heavy luggage and made sure we were getting into the right taxi. Thank you! The rooms were clean and cozy. The breakfast was not bad, but the food was the same everyday. Other than that I would definitely stay here again."

"It was very pleasant to stay at Vooc and a nice escape from the busy cities. The reception was very friendly and accommodating. The room was small, but nice with a balcony. It was raining most of the time, so we couldn’t use the pool; instead, we enjoyed nice cafes nearby and walks to the old town (about a 30-minute walk). Thank you for hosting us!"

"Hospitality at its best. First, you can find their number on maps, whatsapp them if you need them to arrange a pickup or anything. They will provide tips and happy to answer your questions even before you arrived days before your trip. It is a boutique style hotel and service is fantastic. Checking in was smooth. Rooms are clean and well designed. Breakfast was sufficient over the 3 nights I stayed. Fried noodles really good but didn't replenish lol. As I understand they may not be full fledged hotels with lots of guests. Coffee is additional charge but with a proper coffee making setup, with good beans, I didn't mind. Bicycles free to use first come first served. Only 1 or 2 with child seat which is useful for me with 5yo. And it is raining throughout mid Oct 25 with typhoon lengthen ramping up, it was low peak season. Cycling is 10mins away to old town. Walk will get you back 20mins. Overall I had a fantastic stay. You can arrange with the local tours too. If you are in a big group, that helps."

"Pleasant hotel for a short stay in Hoi An, with comfortable and well-equipped rooms. Housekeeping is done daily, but not very thoroughly; however, towels are changed daily. A small drawback: one of the receptionists doesn't speak English, and when we asked where to rent bicycles, she didn't mention that the hotel provided them free of charge. So we unnecessarily paid for a rental outside the hotel. The breakfast is excellent, especially the Vietnamese sandwiches. However, the pool seems to lack maintenance (foam) and the water is far too warm to be refreshing."

"Very friendliy and helpful staff. This place is run by a family and they make you feel at home. The rooms with the balcony are super cosy. They did roomservice if you asked for it. The bed was the most comfortsble one I had in whole asia. It was not so clean though. The sheets had stains but ai brought my own bedding. They offer breakfast for 60pP which includes a meal, a fruitsnack and a drink. The staff takes care of everything and was always very helpful. The communication via WhatsApp was also great. We arrived and decided to have an upgrade to a room with a balcony. 100% worth it ! You can rent bicycles. The oldtown is just 5-10 minutes away by bike. The beach is 20-30 minutes away and is also nice. It's not the prettiest beach I've been to but it did the job. Would stay here again."

"The room is nice, well equipped with amenities, and has a beautiful Vietnamese vibe. The place is very new, calm, and peaceful. The price is good and it was the cheapest option we could find in Hoi Ann. Fresh air and quiet atmosphere make it a nice place to relax. The house ladies and owners are also very kind and friendly. However, travelers should be careful when returning at night because it can be difficult to find a Grab or transportation. It is better to come back earlier. "The hotel is quaint and lovely, with a very convenient location. It’s close to the Old Town, and there’s an affordable áo dài costume rental nearby for photo sessions. The surrounding area also has many good massage options, and getting around is easy and inexpensive by Grab. My only feedback concerns Room 207. The bed was not comfortable—I could feel my spouse moving throughout the night, which affected my sleep. Additionally, the room felt slightly humid. Overall, the location is excellent and the hotel has a charming atmosphere, but improving the bed comfort and room humidity would make the stay much more enjoyable."
