This is an exceptional hotel with a staff that goes above and beyond to make your stay special. We arrived to be greeted at the door with help with our luggage by Vicky. She gave us some highlights and sent us out to explore. Upon returning, our bags were on our room, and Sava helped us settle in. The breakfast was the best in Scotland. Everything was fresh and the table beautifully set. The service and food were expertly done. Seva helped us get a taxi and is an expert in her field. This was the best experience of our whole trip.

Stay was great..breakfast was fantastic...room was great ...beds were comfy ..bathroom was very clean...staff were very friendly and helpful..used the swimming pool which wasn't too many people using it at one time....the only one comment will make is that part of carpet was stained with food.4/5rating for that one...everything else was very clean .which carpet should have been cleaned...

The staff absolutely make this place. We stayed for 3 nights in 2 Premier Plus rooms and 1 standard room. We were checked in by the wonderful Vicky, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but a little on the cold side, still good though, and I'm sure if I had asked, they'd have warmed it up for us. My only ”ick” was the skirting boards in the bathrooms weren't wiped and were, therefore, a bit dusty and hairy. The staff were helpful and friendly, and out of all the Premier inns I've stayed in this was absolutely the best.

Good breakfast, very helpful front desk staff, good beds and pillows, bathroom small but efficient. Toiletries minimal, but workable. Broken light fixed quickly. But the overriding issue was noise from neighbours, primarily due to thin walls. TV from one side early in the morning, and late night conversation on the other side. I don’t think they were unreasonable— just the sound insulation was poor.

There is a golf course next to it, the environment is good, the hotel also has a mini garden. There are old buildings as well as new buildings. The room type I booked was originally in the old building, but it happened that there was an oil drain pipe from the restaurant outside the window of the room. I asked for a different room, so I went to the new building. Anyway, I asked for a good night’s sleep. Special feeling. I remember that the hand sanitizer provided in the hotel has a great fragrance~ By the way, the reservation includes an early breakfast, but the waiter in the restaurant (the old building I went to) has a very average attitude, and I don't want to experience it anymore.

One person was just enough. At that time, 400 was less than very cost-effective. It took ten minutes to walk to the city center. This price is too high! The front desk service is also good, it is a common problem in the soundproofing of the UK.
