"After reading the comments, I went to the hotel to experience it for one night. The software and hardware of the hotel are really good. It is a satisfactory one to live in so many inns in Peru. The front and back gardens are well organized, the living room and dining room are neat and clean, and tasteful."

"In Iquitos is a top hotel, the room is large, the facilities are a bit old, but very complete. The only dissatisfaction is that I said that I booked Room 8, and I changed to another small room when I checked in, which made people feel uncomfortable!"

"The hotel is far from perfect but it is the best stay in Iquitos. Customer service is questionable. I had a dispute with the front desk about room rate - considering I could purchase a room online for 30$US per night cheaper than the hotel was charging me. They did not match the rate so I booked online. I was impressed by the way one of the front desk staff dealt with my upset and so I emailed the manager of the hotel to congratulate this member of staff. But the manager and no other hotel staff got back to me about my email. For a Double Tree Hilton (and I have stayed in these hotels around the world), that shows a lack of professional and integrity for the customer. I expect better from this group. But it is the best hotel in Iquitos so I put up with it for the time I am here. If there was a hotel that was at the same standard in Iquitos, I wouldn’t have stayed here as many nights as I did. "

AAnonymous UserThe layout of the room is reasonable and practical, the facilities are complete, clean and hygienic, the air conditioning is very powerful, and the hot water is also very hot. The environment is so beautiful, every place reflects the owner's intentions. The service staff was very good. I wanted to dry the clothes. The waiter Maria took me to the top floor terrace warmly and helped me dry the clothes. Thank her so much. I live on the first floor and I live very comfortable and in a good mood.

DDaxiededamiIn addition to the boss, other clerks have a low English penetration rate and communication is more laborious, but the staff service attitude is very good, especially the boy is very dedicated and worthy of praise!
