What a beautiful hotel with fabulous pool and direct access to beach. Phillipo on reception was so helpful during our stay. Breakfast was very fresh and staff were so friendly . Everywhere was spotlessly clean. This is a very good value for money hotel . I would definitely recommend it.

My husband and I had an especially wonderful 4 days at this charming hotel. We were very happy with our quaint room, balcony and unbelievable views. Breakfast which is included was more than adequate. So delightful to sit outside and linger over one more cappuccino! The dinners were delicious and a chance to try new delicacy’s. Had my first coffee creama at the pool bar. My new Italian favorite drink! We could walk the beach which was only a few steps away. The beautiful sea was so refreshing. We were only a short walk to the shopping restaurant area. Philippo the manager could not have been more accommodating. He secured all of our travel tickets and taxis to and from Ischia. He and his staff truly made us feel like family! I was so sad to have to leave. We can’t wait till we can again visit and stay at Hotel Ambasciatori and the beautiful island of Ischia!

Siamo tornati in questo hotel ed abbiamo notato che è peggiorato x quanto riguarda il trattamento infatti, non c'è più il buffet di insalate, è sparita la mezza pensione , è cambiata l brigata della ristorazione ( positiva ) prezzi lievitati, la piccola spa a pagamento, in bassa stagione ancora peggio x la colazione, ⁸la gestione da anni non concede una serata tipica Napoletana. Probabilmente l unica ad Ischia, non vedo xche tornare.. invito a riflettere......p

Di questo hotel non è possibile salvare nulla tranne la gentilezza estreme dei camerieri e la pulizia molto molto accurata , stanze vecchie piscine disordinata , insomma non lo consiglio anche perché in agosto non è frequentato da persone molto ordinate

Che Ischia fosse stupenda era ed è risaputo, ma trovare anche una struttura capace di rendere la vacanza perfetta in ogni senso, non era così scontato. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel 11 giorni in agosto e abbiamo potuto apprezzare la posizione direttamente sul mare, la pulizia, l'ottima cucina. Il tutto reso ancora più perfetto da uno staff sempre cordiale e disponibile pronto a soddisfare con disinvoltura ogni desiderio o richiesta, dalla reception alle signore delle pulizie, ai camerieri con il maitre Michele capace di accogliere gli ospiti sempre col sorriso. Un ringraziamento particolare va al coordinatore di tutto lo staff, il concierge Filippo che con le sue competenze, il suo entusiasmo e i suoi consigli con estrema facilità ha saputo rendere le nostre escursioni e l'intera vacanza indimenticabili e divertenti. Un grazie di cuore a tutti.

Ottima soluzione ad ischia! Mare a due passi (letteralmente), piscina, piccola spa, strada dello shopping dietro l'angolo, situazione molto familiare ma perfetta anche per un gruppo di amici. Personale tutto molto disponibile e gentile, in particolare Filippo che ci ha facilitato in tutto con le sue preziose informazioni. Cibo ottimo, personale sempre pronto a concedere un bis. E cosa importantissima per noi....hanno accolto la nostra cagnolina con tanta tanta disponibilità!!!!! E' stata davvero una bellissima vacanza, che replicheremo sicuramente.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una settimana nel mese di giugno e dobbiamo dire che ha superato le nostre aspettative. Stanza confortevole con vista mare da togliere il fiato, letto comodissimo,pulizia al top. Il cibo è ottimo,pesce fresco e molta attenzione per il senza glutine. La spa ti dà la giusta dose di relax grazie anche alle acque termali e all'atmosfera che la caratterizza con le sue docce emozionali. Piscina meravigliosa dalla quale si accede alla spiaggia scendendo 4 scalini. Ma la ciliegina sulla torta è stato il personale dell'hotel:dal receptionist al cameriere, al barista. Tutti indistintamente ci hanno lasciato un bel ricordo. Ringraziamo in particolare Filippo per la sua disponobilita: ci ha reso molto semplice visitare le isole dandoci tutte le info necessarie e occupandosi personalmente di tutta la parte burocratica.Ringraziamo Alessandro per la sua gentilezza e soprattutto per la sue veracità. Ringraziamo il maitre Michele e ogni cameriere per averci trattato da regine ogni giorno e averci allietato le serate. Grazie davvero.

Bellissima vacanza! Ho soggiornato 5 giorni in questo bellissimo hotel situato in una posizione eccezionale con piscina e accesso diretto al mare! Un plauso va a tutto lo staff meraviglioso, sempre cordiale e disponibile e in particolare a Alessandro, Filippo e al maitre persona squisita e molto competente! Il cibo in questo hotel e’ di ottima qualità dalla colazione alla cena e in sala c’è un’attenzione al dettaglio davvero sorprendente ! Ho trovato sempre tutto buonissimo!
