We enjoyed our stay and very happy with the restaurant dinner and breakfast menu. Staff is very pleasant and willing to assist you whenever you need. There is a table tennis at the venue and a wonderful hot bath in your room facing the forest. Highly recommended

1年記念日で利用しました。食事が心の底から美味しかったので、とても満足でした。海の幸もいいですが、松坂牛尽くしのコースは最高でした。実はサプライズでとあるものを出して頂いたのですが、本当に美味しかったですし、とても嬉しかったです。 露天風呂付きの部屋に宿泊しましたが、2人で入ってもゆったり足を伸ばすことができて、旅の疲れを癒すことができました。これ以外にも様々なところにおもてなしを感じて、宿泊中とてもいい気分でした。 また三重に旅行に行った際は、再度利用したいです！

誕生日の記念旅行で宿泊しました。 スタッフ皆さんのおもてなし、若い子達の接客も素晴らしく心癒されました。 誕生日のサプライズでは手書きのメッセージカード、食後にはデザートプレートを調理場のスタッフと一緒に持ってきてくれてお祝いしてもらえた事がとても嬉しかったです。 食事も伊勢を堪能できるメニューで美味しかったです。 宿を出る時にはシャボン玉で見送りをしてくださりとても感動しました！ 是非また宿泊させて頂きます。

1歳の双子を連れての旅行で、歩き回る子どもと安心安全に宿泊できる旅館を探していたところ、こちらの施設が良かったです。 食事と寝室を分けて使用できる和室の2部屋で宿泊でき、子どもが小さいことを伝えたところ壁掛けテレビの部屋にしてもらえたり、小物を事前に撤去してもらえたりと気遣いのある対応をしていただき、とても過ごしやすかったです。 夕食はお部屋に運んでくれるので、子どもがもう少し大きければ、人目を気にせずに家族でのんびりと味わって食べられる時間になると思いました。 小さい子どもと旅行するにあたって、お風呂をどうしようかと悩みましたが、こちらには貸切内風呂がありました。大浴場を小さくした感じの雰囲気で家族全員でも入れますし、何より大浴場を貸し切っているような気分にもなれるお風呂で、安心して子どもたちをお風呂に入れることができました。 また、今回は自分の誕生日と結婚記念日のお祝いの旅行だったので、そのことも予約時にコメントしたところ、サプライズとしてちょっとしたデザートをいただきました！ さらに、記念日が関係するかは分かりませんが、宿泊すると写真を撮ってくれて、チェックアウト時に写真付きカレンダーをいただきました。思い出にもなりましたし、旅行の記念にもなったので嬉しかったです。 要望があるとしたら、子連れで荷物が多いのでチェックアウトする時に部屋からカウンターへ行くまでにカートのようなものがあれば良かったかなと思いました。宿泊した感想としては、とても満足できる施設でした。

主人と２人、それぞれ苦手食材がありましたが、快く他の食材への変更をしていただけてありがたかったです。 食事も美味しかったんですが、鮑だけが少し違和感のある風味（甘味がなく、なにか科学的なにおいがするような…）がして気になりました。 露天風呂つきのお部屋でしたが、部屋もお風呂も掃除が行き届いていて快適に過ごすことができ、ネットの画像よりもお部屋が広く感じられました。

旅館の方々のお心遣いが素晴らしく、心身共に癒された二日間でした。 どの場所においてもそれぞれの方のおもてなしの心が感じられ、嬉しく思いました。 お料理もボリューム満点でとても美味しかったです。少しグレードアップして伊勢エビ付きのプランにしましたが、今度は松阪牛付きのプランも選んでみたいと思います。 母と2人で伺いましたが、母も大変喜んでいました。 また機会がありましたら伺いたいと思います。 お世話になり、ありがとうございました。

娘二人と利用させていただきました。シンプルですが様々工夫されているところが感じられ、快適に過ごさせていただきました。エントランスから着物の飾りつけがあったり、帰りの送迎バスが出る際にはシャボン玉を吹いて送ったり、きちんと細かいところを徹底されているところが心地いいです。大浴場はとても心地よく、これもまた施設が森の中というところが生かされている。難を言えば、この規模のホテルで大浴場が男女入れ替え制というところ。あとは仕方ないのですが、お決まりのゲームコーナー、自販機、売店など。思い切って変えてもいいような。 アメニティなどフロント脇に集めているのだから、浴衣の柄違いなど多少置いたら喜ばれるのではと思いました。多分泊まる方で意見が分かれる感じですが、私は”宿泊客に楽しんでもらおう”という工夫をあちこちに感じました。今回は娘たちが選んでくれましたが、次回こちら方面来るときは宿泊候補の一つです。

夫婦旅行で利用させていただきました。自然豊かな場所で、ゆっくりすることができました。伊勢海老三昧の食事も、食べきれないかと思うほど量もあり、とてもおいしくいただきました。朝食も、伊勢うどんや、他にも惣菜コーナーもありとても満足できました。部屋の露天風呂も空を見ながら入れましたし、大浴場も入ったあと、肌がしっとりする感じで、身体があたたまって満足でした。帰る時の、シャボン玉、中年夫婦ですが笑嬉しかったです。お世話になりありがとうございました。

宿に入る時から、受付、料理、お風呂、帰る時まで、何も言うことはありません！ドラでお迎えして頂き、帰りはシャボン玉でお見送り、料理も最高。苦手なものを事前に伝えておくと他のものに変えてくれます。家族みんなが大満足してました。貸切露天風呂(有料)を利用しました。脱衣、体洗う場所も全て外でした。12月末で寒いかと思いましたが、意外と寒くなかったです。癒される空間でゆったりと快適に過ごせました。お伊勢参りの時にまた利用したいと思える素敵なお宿でした。
