Doubletree by Hilton Hotels in Istanbul

The hotel is convenient. It is very convenient to book with Ctrip. There are two large supermarkets nearby. Just across the road is a pedestrian street with many delicious barbecue burritos. The transportation is convenient, taxis and buses are available. The safety factor is very high, there are many choices for breakfast, and the taste is good and has local characteristics.

Room size is great and the double beds are comfortable. Breakfast spread is great. However, didn’t get a good view from our room. Infact horrible view - facing another building. Location is great. Convenience store opposite, dining options and souvenir shops. Walking distance to Basilica Cistern, Hagia Sofia, Topkapi Palace and Blue Mosque.

Fantastic stay. Amazing service and excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed, lovely bathtub and a fantastic view! Every single one of the staff members: hospitality at its finest. The chef at the restaurant knew I had problems with my throat and made me a healing tea without asking. Sauna and rooftop pool were lovely. Location right where you want to be in Kadikoy. Will be back for sure! Thank you!

Very convenient location, hotel room is clean and safe. But it’s not so convenient to take taxi as it is located in walking area, however the hotel employees are very friendly and can help to identify the correct address for Uber drivers.

The hotel is comfortable, central and the team working here is amazing. Irem saved my situation with the taxi driver finding the solution with cash, he and his colleague Arda were so helpful with my relatives arrival and providing early check in. Kind, cheerful and great people. True hospitality. Thank you!

The room is very comfortable, the service at the front desk is very warm, help to get a taxi, help to introduce public transportation, the hotel has a lot of breakfast, the restaurant service is friendly, the overall English level of the front desk is very high, there is no obstacle to communication, the hotel is close to the elevated, if you have requirements for the surrounding environment, you can Tune to the other side of the hotel away from the elevated side. Overall, I am very satisfied, in line with the level of this level of hotel.

Overall I have not so good impression on the total but the location was a bit tricky if you’re coming via Metro, it’s located far from metro station and can’t walk! The room is quite small, no toothbrushes and toothpaste, there’s no any bathrobe, WiFi is slow even it’s 5 star hotel. Window view was awkward and looks to the grey wall of the neighbouring building. Breakfast was not like 5star hotels, just 2-3 hot dishes. When I was eating a waiter took my plate with cheese and olives and threw it in the trash bin🤣 I told I’m still eating and he replies oh sorry and didn’t replace the plate 😂

The store is not very spacious, but it is very convenient for daily life. The view is very good.

Nice hotel is remote, but the subway station is very convenient in the past, hotel facilities and services are good
