Istanbul Hotels with Wi-Fi

Walking to the hotel via a steep and narrow street while competing for space with fast moving cars is not fun. Don’t understand why the employee entrance at the foot of the hill can not be used by hotel guests. For this reason this hotel sadly won’t be the best choice next time in Istanbul. Other than that a great hotel.

Wonderful experience at Wanda Vista Istanbul! The hotel is beautifully designed with elegant interiors, spacious rooms, and top-notch amenities. The staff were attentive and made our stay very comfortable. A perfect blend of luxury and hospitality—would definitely return!

The hotel itself has a great ambiance, blending modern comfort with the charm of the old city. The breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic—so many delicious options to choose from, both local and international. It was the perfect way to start each day. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service. The reception staff all spoke English, making communication effortless. A special thanks to Sinan, who generously upgraded us to a balcony-view room facing the city—completely on the house! It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our experience even more memorable. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my stay. The combination of excellent service, great atmosphere, and delicious food makes this hotel a top choice for anyone visiting Istanbul. Highly recommend!

Upon arrival, I encountered a passive-aggressive attitude from the reception staff that was off-putting. Instead of the warm welcome one would expect, the receptionists seemed more interested in talking over guests than engaging with them. This tone created an uncomfortable atmosphere that lingered throughout my stay. Additionally, the staff's grasp of English varied significantly, leading to frequent misunderstandings when addressing simple requests. This lack of clear communication is not what one hopes for at a hotel that purports to offer five-star service. These service issues overshadowed any of the hotel’s potential strengths. A true five-star experience is defined by top-notch service that complements the hotel's physical attributes, and in this case, it was lacking. While the hotel may offer nice amenities and a polished appearance, without exceptional service to match, it cannot truly claim to be a five-star venue. I was very excited for our stay here hwiwber we had a disappointing experience with poor communication and no accountability I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but our experience really fell short of expectations and needs to be shared. We arrived at the hotel late at night after a long journey, only to be told there was no booking under our name. This was despite having a confirmed reservation through Trip.com with updated arrival dates. I showed the staff member multiple confirmation emails, and I even translated one into Turkish to help, but we were repeatedly told there was no booking, with no real attempt to help or investigate further. There was a clear language barrier, but the issue wasn’t just communication. It was the lack of care or basic hospitality. We were eventually given a room that wasn’t what we booked, with a vague promise to fix it the next day. There was no apology or acknowledgement of the stress this caused. The following day, we were moved again, but the new room still lacked a key feature that I made sure it had, and we specifically needed (a microwave). I asked for some form of compensation or goodwill gesture via trip.com for the inconvenience, but the hotel has refused. To be fair, the same staff member helped us carry our luggage to the taxi on our final day, which we appreciated. But that small act doesn’t undo the initial treatment. Even a simple apology would have gone a long way. Trip.com were brilliant, and they did their best to advocate on our behalf. Unfortunately, the hotel took no responsibility and showed no interest in making things right. Mistakes happen, and we understand that. But how you treat your guests in difficult moments speaks volumes. Sadly, we wouldn’t stay here again.

We used this place as a stopover in between two Istanbul airports. The location is super convenient, near the metro and boats. Room was qute spacious and warm. There was a kettle and water. Two minor things: the electric cord of the hairdrier looked very unsafe. I was afraid to get an electric shock. And in the evening there was a strong food smell from the outside - kitchen probably. But otherwise, a nice hotel, we will be back.

Very small hotel . Breakfast very simple . Not much variety . Location is very good. Walking distance to most places. Beware of the front day duty desk person who tried to scam us to take the hotel airport transport at 60 euros v Yellow taxi only cost 450 Turkish lires ( fixed price ) The hotel guy tried to give us the impression not safe to take yellow taxi to airport.
