"The stay was okay overall. The hotel has a convenient location near Taksim, and everything was generally normal for a short stay. The staff were fine and the room was acceptable. However, the air conditioning was not working properly, and the fridge was also not working. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room/bathroom. The toilet and bathroom were quite small and narrow. Overall, it was an average stay. The location is good, but the hotel could improve the room facilities, especially the air conditioning, fridge, cleanliness and bathroom."

"This hotel left a very pleasant impression, primarily due to its location. It's literally a few seconds' walk to the Galata Tower, and you can quickly stroll to the bustling main street with shops, cafes, and the vibrant atmosphere of Istanbul. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, and tourist spots nearby, making it an excellent choice for anyone wanting to experience the charm of the European side of the city and be in the heart of the action. I also want to specifically mention the hotel building itself. The entrance area is very beautiful and atmospheric, like something straight out of a postcard or painting. The room was also a pleasant surprise: it was unexpectedly spacious, which isn't very common for central Istanbul. Overall, the space was comfortable and enjoyable for relaxing after a busy day. Regarding the downsides, the window view was of a rather unappealing rooftop and the wall of the neighboring building. Additionally, there's a clear lack of electrical outlets in the room; there were only one or two in the entire space, which is quite inconvenient if you need to charge your phone, laptop, and other devices simultaneously. Overall, this is a good option for exploring Istanbul, especially if location, the neighborhood's atmosphere, and a spacious room are important to you."

Pros: 1. The breakfast offers a mix of traditional Turkish breakfast and Western options, with a great variety of cheeses and plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. 2. Although the room is small, it's very tidy and clean. It gets cleaned daily, and the bed sheets are changed every day. 3. The location is excellent. It's within walking distance of Yedikule Fortress and Marble Tower, and only an 8-minute walk to the sea. 4. The surrounding area is a residential neighborhood with schools, making it very quiet. 5. The hotel's Wi-Fi is super fast and never lags. Areas for improvement: 1. It would be great if there was an airport shuttle service.

Wonderful location. It's tough with luggage going up and down the stairs, so a transfer is definitely needed. The view from the restaurant terrace is stunning, especially in the evening. We booked this hotel specifically for that view. The pool is small, and a swim cap is mandatory; you'll have to buy one if you don't have one. I wasn't a fan of the massage; it was given by a man, and the price was steep. The sauna and hammam were a nice bonus. The pillows and bed were very comfortable – perfect for relaxing after a day of walking around. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend!

The rooms were, as always, very comfortable, and the bathroom system was excellent. The hotel view was also beautiful, especially from the breakfast restaurant, in the innermost corner, where you can see the strait – truly a delightful breakfast experience. If I had to pick a downside, it would be the surprisingly strict security check to enter The Ritz-Carlton in Istanbul, where both people and bags have to be scanned! I later found out that many diplomats stay here… so… you get it. The hotel provided various chocolates, as shown in the picture. The toiletries cost 45 Euros per bottle if you take them home, but you can use them freely inside the hotel. There were many old maps of Istanbul in the hallway, and my child spent a long time studying them with great interest.

Good day. We stayed at this hotel from July 9th to 12th. We were able to check in an hour earlier than the stated check-in time. The location is excellent; all attractions are within walking distance or a short tram ride away. There's a tram and metro stop nearby, and the Galata Tower is just a three-minute walk. The rooms are clean, cozy, and beautiful. Housekeeping is daily, and the staff are responsive and friendly. The rooms are quiet. Breakfasts are decent, buffet style. I especially want to mention the hotel's Russian-speaking representative (unfortunately, I can't remember her name, she's the only one). She is polite, sincere, and competent with tourists, resolving any issues. Every day, she requests feedback from guests about their stay: if everything is satisfactory, if they have any questions, etc. I definitely recommend this hotel; it's great value for money.

Located about 20 kilometers from the airport, the room had windows on three sides with unobstructed sea views. The service was excellent; they even called in Chinese in the morning to remind us to have breakfast. The Turkish people are very hospitable.

My solo stay at the Olympic Hotel was absolutely perfect! The hygiene was top-notch, and the room was spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. The location is super convenient for getting around, especially to the Old Town attractions. The staff were all very friendly and handled any requests promptly. All the facilities worked smoothly, and it offers great value for money. Definitely worth staying again!

The location is pretty good, close to the bus station and even closer to Taksim Square, just a few minutes walk to Istiklal Avenue. However, the bathroom didn't have any mouthwash cups, which I'd suggest they provide.

The room was nice, but there's a mosque nearby, so it got a bit noisy in the mornings. The breakfast was really bad, but the hygiene and environment were decent. The main issue was that many of the staff didn't speak English, which made communication difficult.

I met the kindest and nicest host while staying in Istanbul. They even upgraded my room and made my check-in time 2 hours earlier, and they welcomed me warmly. This was the first time I felt kindness among the Turkish people I met for 4 days. The room was also nice. The water pressure was strong! The room was really spacious.
