2-Star Hotels in Istanbul

My sister and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It was clean, and the location was super – we could easily walk to all the attractions. The metro was also very close, just a 3-minute walk away. To give you an idea, we got to the main airport in an hour with one transfer, and it was very cheap and fast! Grocery stores were also within 5 minutes. The only downside is that the room is very small for two people. However, the price was great. It's fine for one person, but very cramped for two. The staff was friendly. The only thing about breakfast is that it's made to order, and when you check in, they ask you what kind of omelet you'd like, and if you prefer tea or coffee. I don't usually eat a lot for breakfast, so an omelet, coffee, and a few slices of cheese, sausage, and bread were perfectly sufficient! You don't feel overly full afterward like you often do with a typical breakfast. The staff was very pleasant. I would 100% recommend it to a close friend (great value for money). Definitely recommend for a solo traveler!

We had a wonderful stay at Lika hotel ❤️ everything was absolutely perfect!The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around and explore the area, get some amazing food too . The room was amazing! very spacious, clean, and comfortable with all amenities needed ! ( even a fridge filled with soft drinks ) It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, and the atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing ! What truly made the experience special was the staff. The reception team were incredibly kind and professional, especially Mohamed and the very kind gentleman with blue eyes who were both so helpful during my stay🥰 also i would like to mention the kindness and care from the housekeeper aswell! Very nice guy ! I was also very thankful by a moment that really shows how caring the staff are. I needed to wash some clothes before leaving Turkey, and they nicely offered to take my laundry to the laundry room and bring it back to us ! What a nice gesture ! They were absolutely not obligated to do that, but it showed such genuine kindness and dedication to their guests. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and would happily return again in my next trip in Turkey soon !

We had a very pleasant stay in Istanbul. The location is excellent, very convenient to explore the city and close to many attractions. The room was very clean, the bed was very large and extremely comfortable, which made it easy to rest after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom was also very good and well maintained. Breakfast was included and it was a great way to start the day, with a good variety of options. We also want to highlight the staff. They were very kind, welcoming, and always willing to help us with anything we needed. Their assistance made our stay even better. Overall, it’s a hotel that is definitely worth it. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Its very very amazing hostel , the big hidden gem arround hagia sophia for Travelers , the receptionist is very friendly to their customer and very care about them , There is kitchen with all set things you need , toilets is very clean and the bed is so comfort , i dont believe with the price because is too cheap for this hostel with big Value , good job for all officer Its Very very recommended for travelers

Location is 10/10 super near to Blue mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica castern, Sultan ahmed's tram, and there's souvenier market too - all is walking distance. Around ＜1 km to Top kapi palace, Istanbul archeological museum, Gulhane park. From the Airport you can take a Havaist bus in peron 11 to Sultanahmet. They will drop in somewhere with approx. 700m to this hostel and you can walk eventho the track is quite hilly. Room: just ok (for sleep), they will take out the rubish everyday. The shared female room has very small bathroom but fortunetely there is a big toilet and shower room infront of it. The room only has a electric plug near the bed. The hair dryer in the room is broken but can borrow a hair dryer to the Receptionist. Facilities: Wifi is so-so sometimes is very slow, there is canteen for a breakfast (the breakfast is quite decent), if you appear need to dry out clothes they have a rooftop but there is no hanger provided and it is a open space with a lot of AC's outdoor machine. The room that i rent has no key, but seems ok because every hallway have a CCTV and most of the time there is people in the reception area. Service: Friendly, helpful, and they also provide a service for a dayy trip/private/group trip to somewhere and as well a airport shuttle bus. Overall this place is recommended for a solo traveller that is in budget and wants a convinience location.

The reception guys were superb in every aspect . Extremely helpful staff no hussle. Used google translator to make sure they understood and helped you properly.. I asked about how I could get to places and they would go on google map talk throigh how to walk to the bus station traim or tram they would tell ne what stop to get off and where the location of where I wanted to get to. They will ask me to take a picture from their of the route and stops of the bus/ tram or metro and where to get of amd give me the name of tbe station . Iam truly greatful and really enjoyed my stay. The place was spotless everyday cleaning and change of towels. The location of the hotel is easy to find first time. The hotel is very central to Kadikoy in general. Town centre is a 3mins walk with a hype of avtivities from fish markets to food square shopping and etc. I loved walking along the coast amd joining everyone to watch the sunset with live music by the harbour. I stayed in a 2nd floor room witb sea view wifii was good and relaible.I felt very very safe.This place is a go to Kadiloy was the best for me this time people aroumd.in general are very friendly always ready to help.. I will be back many tomes staying at the same hotel.connectiom to all Airports easy and very convinviniet used the Havaris buses very cheap. I left my luggage i the lobby before my bjs trip to the airport and all well sorted and coordinated. I have no words to describe this place but truly greatful as a solo traveller. I asked for an iron and none was available but nkthing much to worry about i still wore my clothedls. Waht might be helpful is to ha e some brochures at the reception with toursit informatoon on what one could do while in Kadiloy.

The hotel is in a very good location. The rooms are small and exquisite, relatively new, and the facilities are very new. It is very clean and comfortable. There is also a small balcony on the fourth floor, which is also very comfortable and clean. The highlight is the breakfast, which is very rich, and the service staff is very exquisite. The hygiene level is very good, and the food is cleaned up immediately after eating. The overall evaluation of this hotel is very good, and it is highly recommended.

Понравилось местоположение, рядом станция метро, кафе, где кушают местные. В номере всегда была горячая вода, полотенца, постель чистые. Но сам отель старый, грязный, везде пыль, не убираются, узкая винтовая лестница, не горит лампочка на 3 этаже, мы подсвечивали телефоном, чтобы открыть дверь.

I stayed for two days and was overall pleased. The location is incredible: there's a great street nearby with good cafes and restaurants for every taste, including plenty of seafood. The waterfront promenade is literally two minutes away, offering stunning views. There's also a modern European coffee shop nearby with delicious coffee. Honestly, I don't understand the value for money, and I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. The hotel is far from perfect—there are some areas that could be improved. But overall, for the price of a hostel, you get your own private room with a double bed and a private bathroom. The only thing I would really like to see is bars on the windows or some additional security, as the floor is low and I'm a little concerned about the safety of my belongings. Although the area is fairly quiet, I didn't notice anything suspicious. A lot of things were slightly broken, and the smell of cigarettes was quite annoying—the room smelled noticeably of smoke. Overall, everything was almost as described in other reviews. But I repeat: for this price, I don't think you'll find a better option. If your goal is to come and spend a few nights without breaking the bank, this is an excellent choice, especially if you're alone.
