Absolutely fantastic!

I stayed in this Hotel for 2 nights! I asked them to refund one 3rd night that I booked by mistake next month but they refused to do so! Their customer service is terrible and they don’t even communicate or know how to communicate. The room Flooded with water while we were showering! The small room is terrible, you barely have space for your legs. You cannot even put your luggage.

We paid for deluxe room, but it was the same as the other rooms booked few months ago. The room was clean, but it smells of cigarette smoke, even if it was non smoking room.

I entered the room and it was dirty. I asked for it to be cleaned and it was cleaned. The location is excellent, but the breakfast is noisy. It is not varied, even though the hotel is 4 stars. However, the staff is wonderful and helpful.

The location is great. The windows are not soundproof and the cleanliness needs to be improved.

Very small rooms. Not the stated 17 meters. Average breakfast. Asked for toothbrushes, couldn't give them.
