Helpful & friendly receptionist. The room & bathroom are quite big! And my room has a balcony facing the sea too! Breakfast was ok. Ordered in room dining, chicken chop with rice, big portion & tasty! The hotel is located 7min walking distance to sultanahmet mosque, hagia sophia & also grand Bazaar. Lots of eateries nearby. The hotel is considered big compared to others in the sultanahmet area. Overall, I'm satisfied with my stay. Will be back for sure!

Nice hotel. Good location. Tram stop is just 3 min away. Breakfast was in turkish style.

I chose this hotel based on the many good reviews on Tripadvisor. And I was not disappointed at all. We were greeted kindly upon arrival and check-in went smoothly. We had a beautiful spacious double deluxe room on the fourth floor, with partial views of the Sea of Marmara. A room in brown soothing colors. Enough light in the room. A spacious bed, comfy mattress, good pillows. A well-functioning AC. The bathroom was spacious, with beautiful natural stone tiles. A spacious shower cubicle and the shower had a good water pressure. We were not bothered by noise from outside. The room was cleaned every day by a really friendly lady. Breakfast on the top floor was very good and extensive. You could order fried eggs any way you wanted. You could also order different types of coffee for a fee. On the first breakfast day I got an iced coffee for free. Mr. Bilal and his team were very well coordinated. The stars of the breakfast were Sems and Metin. The view of the Sea of Marmara was amazing. From 12 noon you could have lunch and in the evening you could have dinner in the 7 Milla Restaurant. We wanted to try the restaurant and had dinner there one evening. it was very good, very tasty and the service was top notch. We used the voucher that you receive upon check-in. This gave you a 10% discount if you dine at the hotel or use the spa. The hotel also has a small gym, a spa and meeting room at minus 1. This is a nice, modern and clean hotel with professional staff. The staff at the 24-hour lobby was always ready to give you information about anything and everything. Just like the other staff members who were very attentive and hospitable. The WiFi signal is strong throughout the hotel, even outside in the vicinity of the hotel. This environmentally conscious hotel is located on a quiet street surrounded by many eateries. It is within walking distance of the Cemberlitas tram stop and of some tourist attractions. It is also very close to the bustling Divanyolu Caddesi/Street and The Grand Bazaar. I cannot fault this hotel, which is why I highly recommend it. It's not cheap, but worth the price.

Wonderful experience overall! The staff is incredible. Shamis, Bilal, and Maten have is incredible service. The breakfast was probably one of the best I’ve ever had hands down. Make sure to ask Shamis for his secret tea…. Perfect way to start the day. 10000% would stay here again

I spent a few days here on a short break in Istanbul. The hotel is in an excellent location in the Old Town. The staff in the lobby and restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful and made for a pleasant stay. The highlight of this hotel is the restaurant on the rooftop where you had a buffet breakfast (wonderful fresh orange juice!) with a stunning view of the Sea of Marmara. Rooms were spacious and clean, but very dark. I booked a deluxe room which has a balcony and city view, but most light (and view) is obstructed by very large trees a few feet from your window. Not a room you would want to spend much time in. The web site is a little misleading, one of the rotating background shots shows a swimming pool, which was one of the reasons I selected this hotel. Please note, there is no swimming pool and I do not know why this image is on the web site. A couple of comments for the management, I did message the hotel a couple of times (once using the contact form and once via email) a few weeks before my trip and did not receive a reply. Also, could you perhaps provide decent size cups in rooms, preferably a mug, for teas and coffee. Those small paper cups are useless. Just a word of warning for those coming to Istanbul, it is no longer a cheap city, food and drink are expensive and I would recommend finding restaurants outside the main tourist locations.

I visited the hotel for a hammam/massage etc there was a sign outside the hotel so thought I'd give it a go, as it was near to where I was staying. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience having water poured all over me in the marble room, plus a very detailed and multi-layered scrub/exfoliation treatment. Followed by a great massage and some other treats. I felt very well looked after and the I would definitely go back again. It was also very reasonably priced. The masseur has been massaging for many decades, and he had a very caring way about him. There was also lovely facial treatments at the end which I wasn't expecting.
