The hotel was only established last year. It is a building with a history of more than 100 years. It has a great atmosphere, stylish interior design and new facilities.
There are many restaurants and shops around, and it is very convenient to go to the main attractions. It is quiet in the bustle.
The service is even better. Valeria is very talkative and has lived in China. When we went to the airport, it happened to be a marathon road closure, and the doorman helped us carry our luggage for a long distance.

I booked the hotel like 3 months before, for my wife's 50t'th Read all the reviuw's and I was really confused. But, Really worth of visit. With advance booking, I had a room with balcony, about 150€/per night. If, even, the room was a bit small/ish/, it was full 5* I did not tell reception about my wife's birthday, but they took it up (because we had to provide our passports to check-in) - kind of 5* service, when you wake up and there is a call for you to deliver a birthday cake, with a candle. Kudo's Yeah, elevator is slow.... if you are going to 53 floor, or something. In this hotel, elevator speed is more, than ok. We did not hear, at any moment, of shouting or unpropriate behavior in reception - if not 5* it was at least 4* :) ps. TV programs are in turkish or in russian. :(

A beautiful hotel, comfortable beds and the essence of Istanbul. Staff could not be more helpful and genuinely made our stay the best. Excellent location for bazaar, spice Market and old quarter. Affordable luxury and must try the roof top terrace. Looking forward to another stay in the future

What a waste of money!!! We have booked an executive suite. Even though the room was very pretty and spacious, there was no ventilation in the bathroom and there was a constant smell from the sewer. Furthermore, our room wasn't cleaned at all! We have paid 800 euros for 2 nights and didn't have the towels changed nor the bed made after the first night. We complained at the reception desk (evening March 24th) and the person working at the reception didn't even acknowledge our complaint nor offered a solution. I would have given this hotel 1 star but want to acknowledge Murat who was the only person who approached us to apologize and proposed to change the room, but it was almost midnight and we just wanted to go to sleep. There are so many beautiful hotels in Istanbul - spend your money elsewhere as this one is definitely not worth it!
