The plug sockets were hanging off, arrived to find empty food wrappers in the drawers.
Fridge was broken.
Shower was lush but the drain didn't work and overflowed if u used the shower for 10 mins.
But the guys on reception were lovely and helpful. But the language barrier meant couldn't get it sorted out but it was fine. Was only there for few days and was cheap.

This hotel upgraded our room type for free. The boss is very nice. That is, the entire Bisiktas area does not speak English, so it is difficult to communicate. When I left, I helped to book a luxury business car.

It had nothing to do with the one in the pictures. It had an air conditioner, but it did not have a remote control. When we called and asked for it, they said unfortunately there was no remote control. I said we were cold. They said the radiators were on fire. The radiators were not working. I do not recommend them at all. There was also a parking problem. We woke up cold in the morning. I asked for a towel for the shower. They asked for 260 TL for the towel. It was like a joke.
