Everything about rixos tersane hotel is just exceptional.
The staff is so polite helpful and welcoming.
They made our stay exceptional staying at the hotel was just like a dream. We love how they arranged work shop for the kids for the whole day.
i really can not describe how much we loved every minute of our stay in the hotel and how we loved the everyone in the staff espically Mr.Volkan who was really helpful with our stay if we decide to stay again in the hotel it is beacuse of Mr.Volkan, he’s so welcoming thoughtful and kind person thank you very much for your service.
And thank you to the lovely amazing wonderful Ms. Kayan and Ms. Shayma thank you for being so kind and wonderful with our baby and the recommendation for kids activities.
The property is beautiful and the service was impeccable. Appreciated their focus on safety and comfort.
restaurants were terrific and offered different experiences. Spa facilities are exceptional with great service.
