The hotel and rooms are exceptional, updated and very clean. I've stayed there twice in the last month and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to get a room in the Jacksonville International Airport district area.

Wonderful stay. Convenient shuttle to/from the airport. Staff were friendly. Common area in the lobby has games and a bar to enjoy in the evening. Pool is heated (probably 82 degrees but it is DEFINITELY heated and our children loved it).

Advised the staff that the safe was not operational. A tech came and removed a spring, stating it would be fixed the next day. 7 days later, still not fixed. Breakfasts are available for pay only. Considering the cost, and that competitors offer free breakfast, I wouldn't suggest staying here if you like breakfast.

Great location near the airport, restaurants, and shopping. Like most airport hotels it is worn down. Our bathroom door didn't close, the blinds wouldn't open, the air conditioner was super loud and falling off the wall, and the toilet didn't function well.

Worst possible check in experience. We spent a night here on our way to another destination. In addition to not having room type or bad type we booked (that was showing available on *******) receptionist made things worse with her comment - what did you expect to get at 10pm
She was rude and unprofessional from start to finish

Modern design was kool and unique. It’s my first time and I was pleased. I prefer the handicap room tho bc it’s wider.

I loved the walk in shower but the bed was not comfortable plus pillows were way too soft and lacked stuffing. There was only two bath towels and two wash cloths not enough for two people. Also prices were really steep for the snack area. Staff was awesome and very friendly!
