The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered and I have had some bad experiences…. I’ll try to make the long story short but let’s start off with Carrie… her attitude, professionalism, did not coincide with someone who made sure I knew that she had been in the hotel business for “20 years” and at this property for “14 years”… my card was compromised on 5.12.2022, on Friday 5.13 of all days I call the hotel around 2:30 in the afternoon to indicate that I would be arriving late… and the worst attitude proceeded… the card on file needs to be updated or this reservation will be canceled… I call my cousin being the fact I have no card at this time because it was compromised to ask for his card information… when I called back I was advised the reservation had been canceled when I was already advised it’s okay to call my cousin to get the details updated and this was all done within 30 minutes… I call Marriott reservation who was able to book the hotel keeping the original rate terms… called back hotel to let them know inwilk be arriving late as my cousins flight will be inn be late and was advised I was banned from the property for no other reason than for Carrie to essentially have the last laugh and last Say… furthermore, that is not the expectation originally communicated… the original communication was that I would need to book again which i did… this was not the most joyous occasion if you know what I mean… and I ended up being in route to Jacksonville with no place to stay that night at a rate that would have worked for both my cousin and I. I can only assume that if and when the business responds it will be from none other than Carrie the general manager who I’ll warn you in advance will try to make every negative review sound like the customer is in the wrong and she is in the right… she also advised her front desk manager Morgan that I was using profanity and had poor etiquette and that is defamation of character… no one was belittled, insulted or anything she was just having a bad day she chose to take it out on me after I did exactly what was asked and updated my reservation… I hope others have a more positive experience but Carrie needs to take a look at the woman in the mirror and improve on her hospitality ASAP

We had recently moved from the area (2 weeks) and had to come back for my husband's cardiac catherization. He crashed in the cath lab and had to be rushed to emergency open heart surgery and coronary bypass. That extended our stay from 2 nights to 2 weeks. From the very first night Isaac did an outstanding job of accomodating us. After I had to extend my stay he bent over backwards to help me. The following week I met the person whom he was training( I believe). I did not get her name, however she is as wonderful as he. I then met Ashley, she is an absolute doll and did everything in her power to accommodate us on her side. I then met the manager, who I requested to meet so I could tell her how wonderful they all are. Through all my anguish and tears they made my time there so much better! I am and we are grateful to have had encountered such wonderful people. The hotel is clean and well kept. The location is perfect. We are super satisfied customers. Thanks so much for your hospitality.

Excellent facility. Clean, quiet. Studio room had full fridge, microwave. Sitting area and desktop were very convenient… and the walk in shower had safety features that weren’t glaring. The bed was sooo comfortable. The am breakfast was terrific! Hot waffles, eggs, oatmeal, fruit., Coffee! On a 4 am doggie out, the staff was cleaning the already spotless floor, happily listening to music and making sure things were in order for the day. The outside pool area is private and I wished there was time for a swim… maybe next time! And there will be a next time! Gracious hospitality made an anxious situation very calming . ThANKS!😋

UulgahIts a new building so everything is sparkling clean. Check in is quick and easy. They have problems with their system at first because it gave the receptionist a not made room. He gave us another room. Its spacious, new beddings, has a fridge, tv and a microwave. No hairdryer, but i dont mind it. I highly recommend this place. I love that the he printed a sketch to where your room is located and parking is just in front the room door. It's pretty secure, i dont see any ***** hanging outside the property. There's a lot of cctv on the premises, i saw it in front of reception and i think i saw a security guard (I'm not sure but that person looks like it, I maybe wrong because I didnt ask) No loud music that i heared. With the price, you cant beat the value. The only feedback i could give to management is to change the bed frames, its not solid. It moves and creates noise. No breakfast but has a coffee maker in the receiving area. You need to pay for Kcup vending machine.

GGuest UserI drove 6 hours and got to the hotel at 4:10 and asked if I could please check in because I was really tired and didn’t want to drive because of me being so excited and I had worked the whole day and then drove The lady up front told me she would if I paid 60 to her I was not going to pay 60 to anyone because I didn’t have it she then said well you need to wait till 4pm so I left and went to my car drive to the love gas station and paid 16.56 to take a shower and then drive to the hospital to be with my son and his girlfriend where she was giving birth to my first baby Then At 5:30 I went back and was told that she didn’t have a room for me I didn’t have any money so I had to sleep in my car for 3 days I didn’t get my money back I didn’t even have money for food and then they told me to call the manager and I had to talk with her I called 5 times and she

RUN for your life from this place unless you’d like to literally jeopardize your own health, safety, and well being, and leave traumatized from how gross and eerie it is inside. Let me give you just a few reasons 1. The staff are rude and stupid and do not care at all. They are incapable of fixing even the most basic of things for you, or being remotely helpful, friendly or accommodating. They will also blame you for any problems you might have, or try to cover their ass by claiming that they weren’t working when you called or came to the front desk. 2. The sheets had vomit and blood all over them, and were torn up from roaches. 3. The glass closet door was completely off the hinges in our room, and almost fell on my friend when she opened it. We’re lucky she didn’t have to go to the ER or worse. 4. The paneling on the bath tub was torn off and ripped, and the towels were paper thin. 5. The lights in the room barely worked, and there was a light literally hanging out of the ceiling when we first walked in with no cover on it: talk about a fire waiting to happen. 6. This hotel does not feel safe at all. One brief stroll in the highways and I guarantee you’ll think you’ve been transported to a horror movie set. The carpets are stained with bleach and peeling wallpaper crumbs , and there are weird smells. The staff lied to our face and told us that all the rooms were booked up, so they couldn’t switch us to another room. The reality is it’s a ghost town, and there were only maybe five cars in the parking lot. We only saw maybe 7 or 8 people checking in or out the entire time we were there. 7. There is almost no people working here, and the few people who are there do not care, and offer little to no resolving of complaints or issues. While we were there; I didn’t see one maid or housekeeping staff member. There was no maintenance person even on the weekend, so no one could come look at the issues in our room or repair them. And only one front desk person who was super slow and took literally half hour to check out 3 people, and myself. I shouldn’t have to stand in line that long, because this god forsaken place can’t hire enough staff, and the staff they do hire are slow and inefficient. 8. The pool is disgusting and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. There wasn’t any patio furniture out there, and it looked like there was a dead bird floating in it. But hey if you fancy swimming in a petty dish, go for it. 9. Back to my original point unless you forgot.. no one at this establishment gives a rats ass about the customers. The receptionist at the front desk did not so much as bat an eye when we showed her our photos of disgusting sheets, a bathtub that was falling alert, and the safety hazards in our room. She tried to cover her ass by saying she hadn’t been working very long. When I called originally I was told that I was talking way too fast, and needed to repeat all the iss

GGuest UserConvenient place with many stores and shopping around. We had a family of 4. Double bed room. The room and hotel is really old. The room cleanliness was mediocre, lots of stains, rust and even mold along the ceiling. The beds were comfortable. Sheets were felt and looked clean. All the things in the room worked. Free continental breakfast that ends at 9. Waffles, eggs, bagels, muffins, juice and coffee. The staff was not very nice but did provide one extra towel even though we asked for two. Looks to be owned by Indian but not for sure. Not too sure if I plan to stay there again.

I booked through hotel.com and after driving 6 hours to get there the hotel had no front desk attendant and was closed.(To my surprise because I’ve never seen a hotel close much less not have someone in the front desk) All that was left there was an emergency contact number. Which was called, and when the night manager was contacted he instantly told me I had no reservation. Then as I told him I have all the Confirmation emails he shows up on the property to tell me there nothing he can do and that he did not know how to use the system. Then the next morning after having to sleep in the car. The hotel opens past its opening time with a line at the door waiting for assistance. When they finally opened, The front desk attendant very rudely said that the reservation was canceled. When I don’t know how because no one was there to even cancel it. While waiting the other guest were telling me how they had roaches in the sheets. And another gentlemen had no sheets at all and when he asked for them they were told they would be brought. Later to find out they were never bringing them and they closed the front. The hotel And hotel.com and do not want to issue a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND HOTEL.COM. SCAMMERS THAT HAVE NO ISSUE TAKING YOUR MONEY BUT HABE ISSUES RETURNING IT. THEY BOTH NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.

夏夏日的鸡蛋花On my way back from Miami, I decided to stay in this hotel. The price / performance ratio is still relatively high. As a hotel for a night's rest, it is better to have breakfast with meatloaf, sausage and scrambled eggs (not the taste of Chinese people) and you can make crepes The cake is crispy and soft inside, and it's warm and suitable for my taste. I stayed in the main building near Lobby because it was late November and the weather was a bit cold. The air-conditioning in the main building was not single-control. Even though the central air conditioner has no hot air, it is still a bit cold to sleep anyway! I like the warmth in the room. Those who are afraid of the cold must choose the room in the secondary building (the second floor next to it). Although the air conditioner is a bit loud, it is better than freezing.
