"We travelled with two other couples, and definitely had the best room. The allocation of rooms seems to be a little random but, speaking for ourselves, we had no complaints as we were given an upgrade on arrival and had a bedroom with an unexpected adjoining sitting room, and a jet bath. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, the bed was comfy (though we had to climb onto it!) and the rooms/bathroom were very clean. The hotel itself is the star of the show - with its beautiful little courtyards, roof top area (pool closed in December)  and labyrinthine tunnels; by the end of our stay we had managed to get back to reception without getting lost!  We'd definitely recommend at least one stay in the hotel as a quirky experience in a beautiful part of town within easy access of many of the main tourist sights in Seville."
