"Excellent location, three minutes from the train station, bus station, cafes, shops. In the neighboring houses and the neighboring entrance there are Chinese cafes and restaurants. We ordered - more than decent quality and not expensive. Regarding the unpleasant individuals on the street that were written about before me - I confirm, but they only appeared occasionally.
In the apartments themselves Very clean and tidy. Refrigerator in the room. Common area and kitchen.
I confirm what was indicated in the reviews before me, about the unclear communication before check-in, which is carried out by the owner. It was not possible to call in advance at the number indicated in the ad .... I had to involve the portal through which the booking was made. Trip.com eventually helped to establish communication!
Therefore, to help in finding accommodation, I am posting a photo of the facade of the house."

"The facilities are a bit old but they are cleaned very well. The lady at the front desk was very kind and gave us a lot of travel advice. The hotel is on Lido Island and it is very convenient to go to the beach, but you need to take a bus to the main island, so you need to plan your budget and travel time reasonably."

"Staff were very kind and helpful with recommendations. Room was amazing! Breakfast spread was huge and very tasty :) We love the location too, 7min walk to water bus places like San Marco G and Rialto. Very walkable to famous landmarks, and many food and shops around."

"When I stayed at a four-star hotel, I asked WC to use it. The counter staff asked me to go to the corner outside. For the canal view, I just booked the annex building. Although the room decoration is still in the standard, the floor is on the 0th floor. There is a railing outside the window to block the same floor as the ship height. The TV receiving signal machine has been in poor contact. I asked the hotel staff to deal with it three times. I was too lazy to call it in the middle of the night. The network password was given after asking her. After that, there was a toilet flushing problem. The button was stuck and the water flow was always flowing. Although the hotel staff came to repair it, But the problems that have occurred in succession, along with the canal view outside the railing, have greatly affected the mood of the stay."

"I stayed at La Pergola for 3 nights and it felt very homey to me, like a student dorm room.
It was easy to reach from the Lido SME station, very quiet, my room had plenty of light, a desk to do some work, internet was working properly in the room though I was at the second floor.
The bed was comfy, bed linen was clean, the water was warm and shower had pressure, though the shower head had some holes clogged.
All the basics are there, coffee in the morning is included, and -despite the fact that the room could use a deep cleaning - I think it was great value for money, much better than expected given the previous reviews.
This place will be on my return list in my future travels to Venice."

"The hotel is of a relatively high standard among four-star hotels. We booked a loft room and our family of three lived very comfortably. The breakfast standard was also very high, with a wide selection of bread, cake, cheese, ham, and fruit, and the service was also very good. However, since it was my first time in Venice, I didn't know that taxis couldn't go directly to the hotel, so I walked 1.2 kilometers with my luggage up and across the bridge, which was very tiring. I knew I could take a boat when I left, so everyone should plan well."

"This is on the edge of Marco Polo Airport. The hotel is as big as the manor and open. The price of the hotel is good, the waiter service of the hotel is very good. This time it was a bit rudimentary, but the dinner was very good, and the buffet breakfast was OK. Love the red wine, orange juice and pickled shrimp at this hotel.
You must try this hotel, try this roast lamb chops and red wine are a first-class bar.
I seem to have forgotten that it is pickled shrimp. Is it color or taste? It is really delicious, a little sour and sweet."
