"Very near to the metro station, and just 1 stop away from Busan Station. The area is also relatively quieter compared to the Busan Station district, which made the stay more comfortable. The room was very clean, and it even had an automatic bidet toilet ,something that some 5-star hotels don’t even provide. 🤭Breakfast had a simple spread, but it was sufficient. Overall, a very pleasant stay and definitely recommended"

"We stayed here on the last day of our family trip to Busan. After spending two nights in Haeundae, we couldn't properly enjoy the beach due to strong sandy winds caused by the tall buildings. But at The Moore in Gwangalli, we finally got to walk on the sand and fully take in the ocean views. The pool villa's location is excellent, and the facilities are spotless. The sauna and foot bath were perfect for unwinding. Netflix was already logged in, so I enjoyed a cup of coffee and watched some shows while the kids swam, getting a nice little break. And it was great to listen to Shin Seung Hun's music on the LP player after so long! Haha. The elevator also had restaurant recommendations. The kids ordered pizza from one of them, and it was delicious. There are plenty of dining options nearby, so finding a place to eat was easy. Breakfast was a croissant sandwich, which I love, so I enjoyed it thoroughly. Oh, one small thing: the body wash in the shower was brand new, but the cap wasn't removed, so it took a bit of effort to open it. Haha, it's not a real inconvenience, but just a heads-up for when they set things up. I was looking for a comfortable place with good bedding since my parents were with us, and this was absolutely perfect. It was even more satisfying than the LCT, where we stayed for two nights."

"The hotel is within walking distance from Seomyeon Station, even with luggage. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights in a spacious, accessible room. Although there were only two elevators, I didn't experience any inconvenience. The room was well-cleaned, and the water pressure for the shower was excellent, making for a comfortable stay. I assume it's a business hotel that keeps prices down by offering minimal services, so there were no particular issues. The service was neither good nor bad, so I gave it 3 stars. The only minor downside, though understandable, was not being able to flush toilet paper."

"This apartment is beautiful, offering a great room size for two individuals, complete with a balcony that provides ample space for luggage. We appreciate the heated floor, bright rooms, and the generously sized refrigerator with a freezer. While the kitchen utensils are simple, we noted the absence of certain amenities such as garbage bags, a dish sponge, a broom, or a dustpan. Additionally, the toilet was not thoroughly cleaned, as there were residual marks from previous guests in the toilet bowl. Nevertheless, the location is excellent, being only a five-minute walk to Haeundae beach and an eight-minute walk to the city center."

"Extremely new and very modern, but almost everything came with an extra charge. It felt a bit extra and not in a good way. We’ve never received so much paperwork and so many instructions at any hotel or Airbnb before. From detailed recycling rules to cleaning guidelines for the few plates and pieces of cutlery provided (yet no kitchen cloth or drying rack to actually clean them), it all felt unnecessarily complicated. The service wasn’t great either. At checkin, we were informed via a printed document that during our entire stay we had been required to keep the curtains closed from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. because of exterior construction work on the windows information that was never shared before check-in. This led to a little frustrating back and forth with the staff, though they eventually offered one-time free access to the 38th-floor facilities (which normally costs around 25k KRW per person for the gym, sauna, and pool). Our room was also definitely smaller than the advertised 24 m². Still, everything was new and very clean, with fresh towels provided daily. The in-room water filter was also a nice touch."

"The hotel staff were all very friendly, which was lovely! I really appreciated having a hair straightener in the room. Being close to Haeundae Beach was a big plus. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but there are quite a few shops if you stroll a bit, so I was very satisfied overall!"

"It was much better than I expected. The bedding was clean, and the location and parking were all great! The facilities do feel a bit dated, but the room size, the cleanliness of the bedding, and the bathroom are huge, so I’m more than grateful for this condition at this price. I think I’ll be staying at Gary Cooper every time I come to BEXCO for a business trip from now on haha."

"This feels like a luxury hotel, but the substance is lacking… 1. **No in-room phone.** If I wanted to call the front desk, I had to use my own phone to find the number in the booklet and dial it. 2. **Low floors are… well.** The 'ocean view' was useless. Some building's water tank and a Holly's coffee shop blocked most of it. I had to crawl on the floor, taking 5,000 photos, to get just one decent shot. So, if you're on a low floor, you'll have to crawl to see the ocean! Okay, maybe this is my fault for not paying more for a higher floor. BUT, the room photos in the introduction made it seem like there was an unobstructed ocean view, which feels like a scam. There weren't many hotel reviews, so I couldn't have known. I feel cheated. 3. **The biggest problem is privacy.** The toilet faces a window, and the jacuzzi and shower are also in front of full-length windows. Since it's a low floor, you can make eye contact with people in the cafe across the street. My bathroom breaks, showers, and jacuzzi use could all be public! I don't know if the windows are meant to be covered, but it felt very awkward. I had to keep the blinds fully down to use the bathroom and jacuzzi, which defeats the purpose of an 'ocean view' and felt very stifling. They told me not to close the jacuzzi window because of humidity, but the shower is right there, and I almost froze showering! Seriously, you'd think they'd put more thought into the design, even beyond the ocean view… 4. **The room is so big, but there are no mirrors anywhere** you’d expect one! Only the bathroom mirror, which made doing makeup and getting dressed in the morning incredibly inconvenient. 5. **I used a barrier-free room, but as an able-bodied person, I didn't feel any consideration for disabled guests.** Even I, a seasoned traveler in my 20s, had trouble distinguishing between the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I almost ran out of hot water in the shower trying to figure it out. The labels are tiny and on the back somewhere, so you have to really search. Couldn't they use dedicated bottles or at least proper labeling? 6. **There's no room service or similar services, but other services are expensive.** Maybe I just couldn't find it, but usually, hotel F&B services are in the in-room booklet, aren't they? There was nothing. Okay, maybe because it's a lower-star hotel, it wouldn't have it. BUT, late check-out extension costs 33,000 won (which isn't cheaper than other luxury hotels). So, the standard doesn't reach luxury hotel levels, but the service fees feel comparable to one. Breakfast also felt similar, so I didn't use it. Considering all of this, if you're just looking for a cost-effective place, it's okay."

"After staying at the Toyoko Hotel a few blocks away and hearing all the noise and how loud and careless housekeeping was I decided to try out the Brown Dot Hotel. It was a much larger room, cleanliness was on point, staff were fast and simple, the House keeping staff did their jobs somehow without us ever hearing them like they were ninjas, there was little to no noise whatsoever inside the room from the outside. I give it a 10/10 and will be staying more in the future!!"
