"The moment we stepped into the room, our family of five gasped in amazement! This oceanfront hotel cost less than NT$6,000 per night, yet it accommodated five of us – what an incredible deal! The room featured two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed. Beyond the bedrooms, there was an open-plan kitchen and a generous living room. In the evenings, we'd bring back fried chicken and late-night snacks, and the whole family would gather in the living room to chat and eat, truly giving us that holiday vibe. What captivated me most was the breathtaking, unobstructed sea view. It was so beautiful that we couldn't stop taking photos, whether it was daytime or sunset. Waking up to that stunning ocean view every morning felt incredibly blissful. And finally, I must highlight the massive bathtub! It's located right outside the living room, allowing you to soak and gaze at the sea simultaneously – pure bliss! Our kids played in it every day and never wanted to get out; it was one of their happiest memories from this trip. If you're heading to Busan soon, I highly recommend saving Como Casa Residence Haeundae Oceanfront. Whether you're a couple, friends, or a family, I believe the value for money here is outstanding."

"The location of the apartment is quite good: it is within walking distance of the metro station and major bus stops, and the beach is also nearby. The bed was very comfortable, with excellent bed linen and a very pleasant duvet. Everything was very clean, and the room had a nice view with a partial view of the beach. The apartment was generally well equipped with appliances, and the fast Wi-Fi was another plus. I also really appreciated the heated floor. The staff were polite, helpful, and spoke good English. However, there were several small issues that affected the overall impression. The power button on the kettle was broken, so I had to reach inside the mechanism to switch it on. There was also a washing machine in the apartment, but guests were not allowed to use it. This was a significant downside for a longer stay. There was no hair conditioner, which I would normally expect in accommodation of this level. Also, the shampoo and shower gel smelled exactly the same, which made them feel like the same product. Another thing I did not like was the number of warning signs about fines, especially the penalties for not washing the dishes or sorting the rubbish properly. It made the atmosphere feel less welcoming than it could have been. One of the biggest disappointments was that the gym and swimming pool on the 38th floor were no longer available because this facility had been closed for the entire building. I understand that this was not the host’s fault, but I was not informed about it before check-in, and access to the gym and pool had been one of the main reasons I chose this apartment. There were also some surprising omissions in terms of basic kitchenware. There was no fork in the apartment, so I had to use a plastic fork from a nearby convenience store. There were also no proper cups or glasses only small plastic shot glasses, so I ended up drinking water from those, which felt quite strange. On the positive side, there was a water purifier in the room, which was very convenient. Overall, the apartment was clean, comfortable, well located, and had several strong advantages, but a number of small maintenance and communication issues prevented the stay from being as good as it could have been."

"Check-in is at 4 PM, but you can check in an hour early for 10,000 won. However, the bed had a lot of hair on it, so I couldn't possibly sleep on it and asked for it to be cleaned. Room cleaning requests must be made at the front desk by 3 PM. I asked for a gown replacement, but only towels were restocked. There's only one key card; an additional one requires a 20,000 won deposit, which is refunded upon check-out. The parking is mechanical, and you have to operate it yourself. It's best to ask the front desk for instructions when someone is there, as there are times when no one is available. If the cleaning had been done properly and it was clean, I would have thought this was a good hotel, being close to Seomyeon."

"This place is very close by to station and convenience if you need somewhere to stop by just for a night. It is located walking distance from Seoul station and convenient if you need to transit to another city as the next day you can just walk to Seoul station to take the bullet train."

"We love the location, it is close to Haeundae Subway Station where the day tour meeting point is, and also a short walk to the beach and Haeundae market. The Blueline Park Mipo Station is about 25min walk along the beach. We booked this accommodation for the washing machine in the room. There is no service provided so to speak as we checked in on our own with the door passcode and there was no one at the reception throughout our entire stay. One thing to improve on is to provide more hangers and laundry rack at the balcony as we have trouble finding places to hang dry the washed clothes."

"This hotel is just one stop away from Busan Gimhae Airport. You can easily spot the hotel sign right after getting off the subway, so it's super easy to find. The room was spacious, and the air conditioning was wonderfully cool – a real relief after getting off the hot plane. Plus, the front desk staff speaks Chinese, which is quite convenient."

"I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was very new and clean, the facilities were excellent, the bed was comfortable, and the cleaning was thorough. The shower area was also very spacious. I especially want to commend the front desk service; they were incredibly attentive. The hotel provided a welcome drink and helped carry my luggage to the room. They showed great care and concern in every way, demonstrating the thoughtfulness and warmth of Japanese hospitality. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again next time I visit Busan."
