Helpful concierge and laundry staff. Pool, gym and spa staff needed more training in customer service and knowledge on not to stare to make guests uncomfortable

I had a fantastic stay at Ramada by Wyndham Jaipur. The hotel is well-maintained and offers excellent value for money. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the modern amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were extremely courteous and efficient, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, catering to both Indian and international tastes. The rooftop pool and restaurant offered a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful city views, making it a great spot to unwind. Located centrally, the hotel provides easy access to Jaipur’s main attractions. Overall, my experience was wonderful, and I would highly recommend Ramada Jaipur for both business and leisure stays.

Not a5 star or 4 star property at all. Average experience here. Rooms and lobby has since weird smell. Just an ok option of you are not getting any other good hotel.

The room was not properly clean and the bedsheet had stain marks and also the room service department was not good and no clear information give for ice bucket to be charged. The only department which was good is housekeeping and the front desk during our checkin.

Looks more like a 3 star hotel. The amenities are not managed well.

The hotel was forcing us the buy Christmas Gala Dinner saying it was mentioned in our booking and that all guests are ‘required’ to attend it! This is the most ridiculous condition to stay at the hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to tourists.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. There was a strong odor in the lobby and the room. The facilities were old and broken. The people were all indifferent. The front desk said I didn't pay. I asked him to take a photo of the itinerary confirmation, but he said he didn't see the payment. I zoomed in on the paid page. Only then did he let me check in. I checked out the next day. They still said I didn't pay and kept arguing for a long time. I just wanted to get away quickly.

I always have a pleasant stay here in Ramada but this time I had a very bad experience at the reception itself , I am not sure what’s her position but her name was LONI or something, she turned towards her colleague at my presence itself and started commenting on my eyelashes and I confronted her and she denied initially and later accepted and was sorry. I came for a relaxing stay and it was ruined at the entrance itself. Anyways, every other staff were polite and helpful except for that lady. Specially, Mahesh and Mahesh from the housekeeping were so spot on and helpful. But that was an experience I never expected at a property like Ramada.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Mr. Sourbh and the entire hotel staff for their exceptional service during my 2-day stay. Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous, making my experience truly excellent. I wholeheartedly thank the team for their support and warm hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaipur—it’s the perfect place to enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay.

Happy with the service , ambience. Clean and comfortable room . In the centre of the city. Happy with the room service provider Subhash and Mahesh . Pool is very clean.... All the family members enjoyed staying here... Will again visit soon.
