Location near the airport, convenient for travel, delicious breakfast, comfortable sleep

Helpful concierge and laundry staff. Pool, gym and spa staff needed more training in customer service and knowledge on not to stare to make guests uncomfortable

I had a fantastic stay at Ramada by Wyndham Jaipur. The hotel is well-maintained and offers excellent value for money. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the modern amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were extremely courteous and efficient, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, catering to both Indian and international tastes. The rooftop pool and restaurant offered a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful city views, making it a great spot to unwind. Located centrally, the hotel provides easy access to Jaipur’s main attractions. Overall, my experience was wonderful, and I would highly recommend Ramada Jaipur for both business and leisure stays.

Not a5 star or 4 star property at all. Average experience here. Rooms and lobby has since weird smell. Just an ok option of you are not getting any other good hotel.

The room was not properly clean and the bedsheet had stain marks and also the room service department was not good and no clear information give for ice bucket to be charged. The only department which was good is housekeeping and the front desk during our checkin.

Looks more like a 3 star hotel. The amenities are not managed well.

The hotel was forcing us the buy Christmas Gala Dinner saying it was mentioned in our booking and that all guests are ‘required’ to attend it! This is the most ridiculous condition to stay at the hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to tourists.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. There was a strong odor in the lobby and the room. The facilities were old and broken. The people were all indifferent. The front desk said I didn't pay. I asked him to take a photo of the itinerary confirmation, but he said he didn't see the payment. I zoomed in on the paid page. Only then did he let me check in. I checked out the next day. They still said I didn't pay and kept arguing for a long time. I just wanted to get away quickly.

Very good hotel, clean and well located. The staff is very attentive. Impeccable breakfast service.

Our stay was wonderfully relaxing. Rupchand's yoga sessions were a highlight, his instruction was expert and calming. The massage services were also excellent, highly skilled therapists. The wellness experience was top-notch, truly restorative. Highly recommend.

Good experience in ramada Rooms were fine And the pool area holi party was excellent and the food on restaurant was also good The restaurant staff was amazing especially Kushal Vai was outstanding in terms of service Also Imran G helped a lot in serving us in a good way

Excellent services provided by Mr Kushal from the restaurant He was diligent personality waiter who has been fulfilling requirements of every guest during the busy breakfast hours Delicious food and the best location for the traveller's like us hope to visit ramada again whenever we are in jaipur

Peaceful experience at Ramada Jaipur, shall come back soon!!! Received excellent service by front office staff, special shout out to Kushal Sharma & Kajal for taking care of us while dining, also being so helpful to make things easy for us. Keep up the good work team!!!
