The staff is fantastic and humble specially Mr Fares. What really motivated me to write this review is his hospitality and humble nature. My colleagues and i was the only vegetarian in the hotel and there was no options for vegetarian in hotel buffet. So we requested Mr Fares that we can't have this can we have something in vegetarian and he accepted the request and asked the chef to prepare something for us. And later on he kept on Asking about our well-being. Mr fares and his team members really made our stay comfortable. I really appreciate him for his wonderful hospitality. ☺️

The room was very cost-effective. I just met the boss on the day of check-in. The boss was very good. I booked a total of 3 rooms. Two of them were replaced with family suites. The price did not increase. The same price for continued stay. I will book this hotel next time I go to Jeddah.

Spacious room, well decorated furnishing giving the room a cozy feel. The bed is comfortable. Furnitures are complete with amenities in the room. Everything is good and as expected except that the carpet and curtains need to be cleaned/replaced. Hotel does not have breakfast but there are shops and supermarkets within walking distance from the hotel so food is not an issue. Not all hotel staff speaks English but there is someone there who can assist.
