Water from previous customer left in kettle before I opened. Staff took kid to play at front desk all the times. Staff told me take suitcase to trunk room by myself. Soap dispenser was broken. Double bed is a lie, they are single bed that put together.

The room was nice because it was able to be quite warm thanks to the floor heating. Classical music is always playing in the hall, and the atmosphere is quite good. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It is a bit tiring to walk to Jeonju Hanok Village.

The facilities are old, but the lobby is spacious and the rooms are spacious. Although the hygiene is a bit disappointing, the location is good and although it is old, it is well maintained and is a good tourist hotel for families. (It feels like the Gyeongseong era.) It’s much better than the photo!
